GoogleGreat experience buying with Naylor Powell. Scott was really good when I viewed the property. Laurie kept me updated and communicated a lot which was great and very helpful. Toby also delivered great customer service when needed. Overall very happy and the team were a pleasure to deal with.

She listened to what we needed, supported our decisions, and was always so quick to respond. She kept us fully updated throughout the whole process, and nothing was ever too much trouble. It made everything feel smooth and stress-free. Daisy was also really lovely when showing us the property. She was friendly and knowledgeable, and made sure to find answers to any questions we had. Overall, we felt really well looked after and would happily recommend Naylor Powell Stonehouse.

He listened closely and followed up on our queries. Adam discussed our position and represented the seller respectfully and directly. In challenging times beyond anyone’s control, Adam also liaised with compassion and professionalism. Helena and Maria worked as a great team to respond to queries throughout the process in a timely manner. The WhatsApp tool provided was a wonderful way to reach out when needed.
