GoogleChloe, and before her Leah, gave exceptional service after a sale had been agreed. They were so supportive during a very difficult time when we were caught with a totally ineffective conveyancer on our side. They kept communication open between us and our buyer, and when the sale eventually fell through, quickly found us another buyer. This sale, with another solicitor, was completed in less than 2 months. The whole team at Stonehouse Naylor Powell were unfailingly positive, responsive and supportive. GoogleCancelled a viewing 3 hours before the viewing after we travelled 4 hours from London, we even called the night before and the morning of the viewing to confirm, hundreds wasted on petrol and hotel. Avoid!!

GoogleWe purchased a flat that Naylor Powell was marketing. Several agents there (Scott, Laurie) showed us the flat on quite a few occasions, with patience and clear information. Leah there was extremely professional and very kind, updating us regularly/weekly on the correspondence with the seller's solicitor. It was consistently so throughout a period of several months. Leah was very knowledgeable, thoughtful, and polite, and extremely reliable - always coming back with updates and replies to every question and every email. The clarity and consistency of the communications really helped and ultimately sped up the process. Communications from her colleagues at Naylor Powell were also uniformly prompt and helpful. We then used their letting service. Kate provided an accurate evaluation based on a careful market analysis of the pricing, size, and conditions of similar properties in the surrounding areas. She was prompt, professional, and delightful to interact with, leaving us with a helpful folder full of information, and the viewings were arranged in quick successions, securing two potential tenants swiftly - within ~1-2 weeks. Callum then provided a detailed update on the feedback and potential tenants after each batch of viewing, offering factual analyses on different factors to help us make an optimal decision. The contract was signed swiftly - and electronically, as such it was very convenient and suited us well. Overall, the agents at Naylor Powell and the services they provided are among the very best of all the real estate agents that we have used including quite a few in Bristol - friendly, open, transparent, prompt, professional, and good value.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe bought a house through Naylor Powell this year. We've bought and sold a few properties in our time and never found it a particular enjoyable experience. However, it really was different with Chloe - Chloe saw the whole transaction through from beginning to end; she was knowledgeable, professional, timely and friendly - she really could not do enough for us. Although it took rather a long time - NOT because to the estate agent - it was not the nail-biting experience we've often experienced in the past. I hope we don't have to sell anytime soon but if we did we'd certainly go back to Naylor Powell - so highly recommended!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
