GoogleThe team at NP were professional, efficient and attentive throughout the process. My sale and purchase completed far quicker than I’d imagined. Having purchased and sold a few times before with different agents, this was by far the best experience I’ve had when dealing with estate agents and I’d have no issues in dealing with them again if I was to move. 10/10

GoogleOutstanding Team at Naylor Powell: We bought our Gloucester Docks flat very quickly through their Docks office about 10 years ago and since then they have consistently provided great support and referrals (e.g., for reliable contractors) to maintain it. We could not have asked for better help from Laurie Duckworth and his colleagues.

GoogleJust wanted to say how fabulous Naylor Powell have been over the last decade! During this time we have bought and sold several houses and each time the friendly but professional staff have made the process go as smoothly as was possible - from proposing a market appropriate price for our properties ( they did all their homework first ) to accompanying viewings , keeping all parties up to date once an offer accepted then chasing down the detail of solicitors enquiries to speed up the exchange and completion process . They’ve been great with our children too - ‘holding their hands’ through their first house purchase. I can’t speak highly enough about all the people we have come into contact with at NP - they really care about the job they do and fully appreciate how important and stressful your house sale or purchase is to you . GoogleGreat service from Naylor Powell throughout the whole sale process - from valuation to completion. They've all been professional, friendly, caring and really on the ball throughout the sale of my flat. It was a bit of a long slog, but they persevered! They kept me updated regularly, responded quickly to emails, kept themselves well informed and communicated very well with everyone involved. I'm really grateful for all their help, particularly Leah, who worked so hard to get our sale completed. 🙌 Thoroughly recommended!

GoogleThe property was a perfect size and layout with plenty of storage however, the outside space was not adequate. A ground floor like this with a bit of outside space would be perfect. The agents rep was very helpful and appeared very knowledgeable.

GoogleExcellent, informative home visit by Ruth to value our own property. Good advice regarding local market conditions. No pressure from the estate agent to hurry to market or sign contract. When we went to view a property, Ronan from Naylor Powell was polite, helpful and knowledgable about the house we were looking at. He gave us plenty of time to look around and was able to answer our questions.

GoogleProperty valuation vastly over inflated to gain market share on one of our properties, the other priced purely to sell to a potential purchaser whose offer had been declined in the area. After sale paid 2 thirds of the bill whilst disputing the total amount, instantly and aggressively was threatened with court action and interest potentially to be added on as well. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. WE WERE DEALING WITH ADAM.
Naylor Powell were employed to sell a property for this client. The property was sold at an agreed price which the client confirmed he was happy with. At no point during the transaction did this client raise that he was unhappy with any part of Naylor Powell’s service. When instructed we used our contacts and skills as estate agents to match a buyer. We knew this buyer was looking in the area and promptly agreed a sale at a price accepted by the seller. By definition, this is the role of an estate agent. There were no aggressive emails, far from it. After being told by the client full payment of our fees was not being sent, it was highlighted that there was a contract in place for payment of fees. Had the client raised any concerns during the transaction these would have been addressed. However, to simply pay less than the agreed fee after completion and state that’s all he wants to pay is not acceptable to any business.
