Doing research into potential options at retirement in a couple of years. One option is an apartment in Gloucester docks. Even knowing that there was no immediate potential for a sale Toby Moss from the Gloucester docks office was incredibly helpful. He was attentive to our needs and had all the information we might require to hand. He showed great knowledge of the area and took the time to understand us. Niamh and Laurie were both excellent throughout our house sale. From start to finish they've both been incredibly helpful. Niamh in particular was great at keeping us updated and doing the all important chasing of solicitors and others in the chain.
