Niamh and Olivia were the perfect primary contacts, and so many thanks to them for successfully facilitating the sale of my property! I also had dealings with Toby and Laurie too, sending thanks to them also. The whole team was great. There were a number of external challenges we faced during the process but Niamh and Olivia navigated them with grace and professionalism and kept me well informed and supported during each step of the process. Would recommend!

If I could leave Niamh and Laurie 10 reviews, I would. They have been so supportive throughout the entire process, helping us with everything we need. They navigated our tricky sale for over 7 months and without them, we wouldn’t have completed. I wholeheartedly recommend Naylor Powell and I would say to anyone looking to sell, to speak with them before contacting anyone else! Thank you so much Niamh and Laurie, without you we wouldn’t be here today!!!!

We were shown round 2 properties by Toby. He was exceptionally knowledgeable about the area and property. He was polite and professional and after a day of seeing multiple properties with multiple estate agents he really stood out as a top class agent. Naylor and Powell's communication is fantastic. They answer emails and calls quickly and explain the process clearly. They were open and honest when it came to discussing an offer which was reassuring and saved time. Their office were able to recommend and arrange solicitor quotes promptly and with good reasoning for their recommendations.

Jasmine provided a pre-valuation on our house pending building works that will commence soon. She was very considerate and friendly and had clearly done homework on the location and likely prices should we decide to sell. Very good service offered by NP.
