GoogleMove on Sales and Lettings Team are amazing, they supported and facilitated a smooth process from when I viewed the property, to the stage of collecting the keys of the property. The after letting support was fantastic, constantly communicating with me and sending all the relevant documents for the property. I must really thank Waleria, Evie, Chemene and all the rest of the team for facilitating a smooth, stress free move. Highly recommend this letting agency.

GoogleMy experience with Move On was made easy with Craig & Lisa. From the first meeting Craig was upfront & answered any questions & concerns I had. Keeping me informed at all times. Lisa saw most of the viewers around & nothing was a problem for her. Giving me feedback after each viewing. Move On was not local to me, however, this was never an issue. Coming back & forward at all times as I was unable to show potential buyers around due to health reasons. Which took a great deal of stress away from me. Great Team, very professional & competitive pricing. Please do not hesitate in using Move On. I will be passing on their number to anyone I know selling their property! Thanks guys for all your help!

GoogleThe only upside is Monica is an excellent and kind property manager which is why I can give more than 1 star. Mandy is not helpful whatsoever and has made our experience miserable. Firstly we moved into a mouldy flat which had carpets soiled with dog s**t and urine which took them over 2 weeks to acknowledge and fix while we had to sleep in the kitchen on a camp bed. Then they have the gall to deduct £426 from our deposit at the end of the tenancy for minor issues with cleaning such as crumbs in the oven and dust on the door panels and trying to pin existing damage such as chips to the kitchen units on us. We kept the flat in spotless, mould-free condition throughout the tenancy and spent over 3 hours cleaning at the end. We handed it back in an infinitely better condition than it was given to us and they really had to get the microscope out to find any issues. I look forward to getting every penny of our money back through the deposit protection dispute and can only express my profound disappointment that companies like this are ran in such a way.
