GoogleWe have just moved into our new rental apartment in London following the excellent service provided by Natalie. The service she provided during our apartment search was exemplary. Natalie was prompt in replying to any of our queries. She had a warm persona and was highly personable throughout our dealings with her. I would highly recommend Natalie to anybody in search of an apartment in the Notting Hill/Ladbroke Grove area.

GoogleI had a really positive experience viewing three flats in London with Charlotte Moody from Mount Grange Heritage London. From the moment we met, she was cheerful, warm and incredibly easy to talk to, which immediately put me at ease. Property viewings can sometimes feel pressured or transactional, but with Charlotte it felt calm, thoughtful and well paced. I never felt rushed, and she gave me the time and space to properly look around each flat I was brought to. She even sat me down and even asked me to imagine how (peaceful and calm) I would feel as the owner of each flat. That was such an experience! Amazing. Charlotte is clearly knowledgeable, not just about the individual properties, but also about the surrounding areas. In addition and as a non-UK resident buyer, I really appreciated how she shared practical insights on what to look out for, what to avoid, and the pros and cons (great transparency!) that simply wouldn’t have crossed my mind. She explained things in a very balanced way without overselling, which made me trust her judgement even more. What stood out most was that she genuinely understands buyers, our concerns, our questions, and the small details that matter. On a lighter note, we also discovered she went to the same school in Scotland as my daughters, a small world moment, but what truly impressed me was her professionalism and how naturally she does her job. I will be recommending my friends to Charlotte. If you’re looking for an agent who is knowledgeable, personable and truly understands her clients, definitely go with Charlotte! 100%.

GoogleHighly recommended. I had a great experience with Mountgrange Heritage throughout the whole process. The team was professional, supportive, and transparent from start to finish. Natalie showed me the flat and explained everything clearly. She followed up on all the details, was very transparent throughout, and always responded promptly to calls and messages. She guided me through the process step by step, which made everything much easier. Kathryn and the rest of the team were also very helpful and supportive. I also had a few conversations with Henry, who I believe is the director. He was very professional, took the time to explain everything and was supportive throughout. Overall, I had a great experience with Mountgrange Heritage and would highly recommend them.
