GoogleBe careful of using this firm when a tenant! They held my security deposit for over 2 months, and I needed to follow up with them numerous times (over 5) to get PART of it back. The other piece is under review with TDS after having lived in a flat for 1 yr and doing no damage. Also, I used their recommended cleaners at a significant premium to the market (over £700 for a 2 bedroom) under the assumption it would mean no issues with cleaning, but I was unfortunately wrong and should have used a much cheaper cleaner.
They also managed the property for the landlord and were not at all helpful throughout my time there. They were slow to respond, and didn’t fix any of the issues unless requested by the landlord to do so. We had paint chipping off walls, mold in bathrooms and numerous other issue that weren’t taken care of, and at the end of the tenancy I had to remind them of damage that was there (and missed from inventory until I told them) when I moved in as they tried to charge me for it.
Beware of this firm and use a major institution instead. It feels like they’re just trying to win landlords business at the cost of the tenant.

GoogleWe rented an Airbnb that was managed by this company, and it was the worst experience we’ve had in London. The management is non responsive, and not proactive about dealing with issues. The place was lovely, but it clearly lacked the touch of a homeowner/caring host. The toilet wasn’t flushing, the shower drain was plugged, and there wasn’t any sponge for doing dishes either, which the latter is not a big deal, we bought one and left it there. We paid the highest cleaning fee, yet the place wasn’t that clean, and the toilet was dirty, which is absolutely unacceptable.
We received no apologies, and a bad review denying everything (and lying) about what we informed them.
We kindly let them know of all the issues privately, not to be harsh on them publicly, but their response was so unfair, dishonest , and unethical, I had to share this experience with the public.
