GoogleI received excellent service from Lucinda-following Judy's swift introduction- at Monks, Shrewsbury who went the extra mile to find me a suitable rental property, which alleviated my stress levels during an extremely busy time in the property market. I was kept advised on a regular basis and recently moved in. The property is superb and I have no hesitation in recommending their services.PositiveResponsiveness

GoogleI’ve been using Monks for over 10 years looking after a couple of property’s that they rent out for me whilst I’m working abroad. I have been impressed with their professional attitude and knowledge of the rental market. One of my property’s is an apartment which has a high turnover of people in the 10+ years Monks have managed it the longest it’s been empty is about 3 weeks. I have no issues recommending Monks certainly if you are considering rental.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleWe found Monks to be extremely helpful in supporting us in selling our late parents’ home, particularly as this had to be done remotely. We could not have asked for a more friendly and efficient team to guide us through the whole process from the initial marketing to the final completion. We would recommend Monks Estate Agents without reservation to anyone looking to sell/buy property in Shropshire.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleHaving bought and sold 7 houses in my time, and thus used a few estates agents, I would recommend Monks without any reservation as the best of them. They are efficient, friendly and helpful. Their advertising was creative, the photography of the house excellent and they secured an immediate and steady stream of viewers all of whom had clearly been vetted as being capable of purchase. Throughout the process Judy and Helen were ready to offer advice and support. Definitely pick Monks!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleWe couldn't have hoped for a smoother sale of our first home with James A, our main point of contact at Monks. He guided us through one of life's most stressful events with ease; I'm sure a lot goes on behind the scenes but James' communication, knowledge & positive approach really did make the whole process straightforward. We were fortunate enough to sell our property within 24hrs of it being marketed for sale & I'm sure this is due to the proactive environment at Monks. We recommend them without hesitation & would contact them in the future.
