Throughout the entire process of selling our house, the team at Monks were excellent. From initial valuation conversations, to negotiating a sale price with our buyers, right through to handing the house keys over on completion day, Judy and the team were extremely professional, communicative, courteous and very helpful. The local knowledge of the friendly staff, who work at Monks, is a real positive, particularly as Shrewsbury continues to gain interest from potential buyers who do not already live in the Shrewsbury area, or have limited local knowledge (as was the case for our buyers). We would highly recommend Monks to anyone who is planning on selling their property in and around the Shrewsbury area. Thank you, everyone at Monks.

Despite a volatile economic environment, James directed 4 potential buyers to us in Spring 2023 within a week of the house going on the market. He has supported us tirelessly throughout the sales process and we moved to our new home in July!

Dealing with James at Monks has been a pleasure. He was very helpful from the start of the purchase process. Very accommodating in sorting viewings at times that suited us. We completed the purchase from first viewing within 3 months. Very happy with the service provided. Thanks to everyone at Monks.

I cannot recommend Monks and Beth Griffiths highly enough. We have just completed on buying our house and nothing was too much trouble for Beth. She went out of her way to help us and honestly at one point if it wasn't for Beth, the sale probably wouldn't have gone through. She responded to our questions and messages quickly and we felt her support every step of the way of the process. Would highly recommend very professional and friendly service

I really can't recommend Monks in Oswestry highly enough , we have just completed our house purchase which has taken a very long time due to issues that the solicitors had to sort out . Beth has been absolutely fantastic liasing with us all and in her absence from the office Chris and Ethan have dealt with us brilliantly , they all work together as a team and the time effort and patience they have is something I have never experienced from any other estate agent , from a buying or selling aspect.

The transition of my rental property over to Monks Estate and Letting agents has been absolutely faultless. During the time we have been using their property management services, inspections have been carried out regularly and properly and timely repairs completed under their supervision. This company has my complete trust. Special thanks to Ethan and Chris at the Oswestry office. They are always friendly, fast reliable and professional. Super service - highly recommended.
