We also want to give a special thanks to Dee Karagol, who went above and beyond. Before meeting Dee while viewing potential properties, we endured several difficult months of searching. Dee was not only friendly but also genuinely engaged with us. She took our needs to heart and paid close attention to help us find the perfect place, which she did, our first 'home'! We couldn't have done it without her. From the beginning to the end, she provided unwavering support and guidance. The only part of the buying process we would gladly repeat is the one involving her.

GoogleEstate agents forget that a buyer may one day become a seller. Unfortunately, for Mishon Mackay if they were the only estate agent available in the area I would simply choose not to sell my property. If I can sum up my experience in one word it would be disorganised. Mixed up viewings timings on more than one occasion, arrived late on more than one occasion, used the excuse of the seller's occupation for a serious delays in the conveyancing process on more than one occasion and became unpleasant over the phone one more than one occasion. The experience with Mishon Mackay made me realise why people do not trust estate agents. It got to the point where I needed them to put everything in writing over email and refused to pick up the phone to them. I wanted to pull out of my purchase at least 5 times and it if it wasn't for their constant false reassurances by them I would have. On completion, I did not receive all the keys and the seller had left a large item in the property even though exchange was 4 weeks prior. Buying your first home should be exciting and all the joy and happiness I had was lost whilst buying a property from Mishon Mackay.

GoogleOllie and the team at Mishon Mackay Hove were outstanding. Amazingly supportive and helpful throughout which was great as a first time seller! I would also add Ollie is the kind of person who goes above and beyond and went to my flat out of hours to enable my mum to get into my flat when she got stranded in the South during a storm. I wouldn’t recommend any other estate agents, Mishon Mackay are all you need!
