GoogleMishon Mackay guided us through the purchase of our property and made us feel supported throughout. Dee in particular was incredible, speeding up the process and adding a personal touch amongst the piles of paperwork! She worked long hours sending emails back and forth, always calm and reassuring during the many delays and challenges. Her enthusiasm and patience are second to none, and we are very happy that she was the one to help us buy our first home.

GoogleMishon Mackay Hove did not come across as professional. As a Vendor, I would advise against this office. Melanie arrived late to the 2nd viewing, and then rushed us out of the house. Despite the Vendor informing Mishon Mackay of issues in the house, they did not declare this information to the buyers. When conveyancers revealed this information, Oliver and his team refused to take responsibility and the Vendor was forced to take the hit - they simply wanted the sale and commission without the work. Once the offer was received, different people were being involved in the sale. The only 2 people that knew their roles and communicated with the vendor and buyer were Sue and Holly.

GoogleWe used Mishon Mackay for the sale of my elderly mums flat, when she went into residential care. Oliver Spackman (and his colleagues) were excellent throughout the entire process. I liked him immediately on his first visit to do a valuation. He was honest, practical, helpful, proactive and is very experienced in the real estate business , so we felt we were in safe hands at all times. He kept us updated regularly, carried out all of the instructions I requested to the letter, efficiently and professionally , but also with genuine consideration and care for us as people, not just as a business 'transaction' I would highly recommend him, and his team, to anyone looking to sell, (or buy/rent) a property. You won't be disappointed

GoogleEstate agents forget that a buyer may one day become a seller. Unfortunately, for Mishon Mackay if they were the only estate agent available in the area I would simply choose not to sell my property. If I can sum up my experience in one word it would be disorganised. Mixed up viewings timings on more than one occasion, arrived late on more than one occasion, used the excuse of the seller's occupation for a serious delays in the conveyancing process on more than one occasion and became unpleasant over the phone one more than one occasion. The experience with Mishon Mackay made me realise why people do not trust estate agents. It got to the point where I needed them to put everything in writing over email and refused to pick up the phone to them. I wanted to pull out of my purchase at least 5 times and it if it wasn't for their constant false reassurances by them I would have. On completion, I did not receive all the keys and the seller had left a large item in the property even though exchange was 4 weeks prior. Buying your first home should be exciting and all the joy and happiness I had was lost whilst buying a property from Mishon Mackay.

GoogleMoving home can be a roller coaster. I'm so thankful I had Dee by my side during the ride - it made selling my home much more bearable - even enjoyable at times! I've dealt with many estate agents but the service and support offered by Dee and the lovely team at Mishon Mackay Brighton was exceptional. From the onset I knew I was in safe, capable hands. Dee is friendly, professional and excels at her job, treating her clients with the attention and care necessary during a home move. If I were to buy or sell a home again, Dee would be my first choice!

GoogleUpfront I want to admit I have a healthy skepticism of real estate agents. I dealt with George Wayne at Mishon Mackay Brighton and had a great experience, I highly recommend him and the team in the office. The selling process in the UK is a nightmare of arcane and mostly pointless conveyancing (compared to my experiences in Australia and the USA buying and selling multiple properties). George wadded through it with good humor and professionalism the whole time, including putting up with me ranting how ridiculous and pointless the solicitors were, going back and forth for three and a half months over basically nothing. Thanks again to the team at Mishon Mackay.
