GoogleHIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Lee was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process of selling our house. We were on the market with another agent for 3/4 months and had zero feedback, 2 viewings and very little contact or support, Lee put our property on the market and within a week we had accepted an offer at our asking price. Lee is incredibly knowledgeable about the local market and provided excellent advice on presentation and pricing, and worked tirelessly to secure a quick sale. His communication was amazing and reassuring, he always kept us informed and addressed any concerns promptly. He went above and beyond to make us all including the children feel supported and excited about moving home. We felt completely supported and confident in their abilities, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home. Thank you Lee for all your hard work, very happy customers :)

GoogleHIGHLY RECOMMEND We were with another Estate Agent, with no joy after moving over to Lee, we had a buyer. Communication all the way through really helped with the process, needed some work done, again Lee sorted this for us. If you are thinking of selling, Lee is definitely the way to go, couldn't be happy with the service.

Googlecrappy and incompetent agency we had to deal with. No care in the world about the tenant. When we gave our notice to leave they initially agreed, we arranged the move in date with the new flat accordingly and then they changed their mind asking for more money and delaying the move out date ! Now they have delayed in sending us our deposit back and oh surprise surprise, they found ridiculous reasons to hold money off the deposit ! I wish I could rate with zero stars!

GoogleJay Patel did absolutely help me our for my clients to find the property, and his kindness, fast&great communication, and effort were so amazing that my clients could move-in the property properly. Thanks to him, their first time in UK is really going well. I massively appreciate how much he put so much effort on everything. I would like to work with him one day again once I find my client who will relocate to Brighton. Thank you Jay!

GoogleAll in all, very good. They were friendly and helpful. I had a little trouble with my goodlord submission as a result of a technical fault but they fixed that very quickly. Communication could have been a little better/prompter about the time we could get the keys, just as we needed to book a van but they’re busy so no great drama. Would definitely recommend as one of the good ones

GoogleWe were private tenants with Mishon Mackay for just over a year, which was filled non stop with unnecessary drama and difficulty due to their ineptitude. Before moving in, we asked for a second viewing to take measurements for our furniture. We were let in to find a the property owners - a couple - completely shocked to be interrupted and the gentleman with his trousers round his ankles. They clearly hadn’t been told we were coming round. We laughed it off but unfortunately it was a sign of things to come. Just after moving in, our roof became invaded with hundreds of bees due to a Queen moving in to a crack in the wall just by our bedroom window. The windows were covered in bees attempting to crawl into the property, with passers by stopping to look at the swarm. When we called the agents, they told us it wasn’t their problem and that we would need to hire our own crane and bee keeper to resolve the issue. Luckily a sensible neighbour gave us the contact details of the managing agents, who swiftly solved the issue. Over one year we dealt with issues of pipes leaking into the neighbours bathroom, mouldy wardrobes due to poor ventilation, leaking sinks, leaking windows, and more. When we reported these issues we were treated with sneering indifference. To top everything off, in spring 2020, in the middle of a global pandemic, we were told that the couple who owned the property wanted to move back in and were given our notice. This was a truly distressing turn of events, again treated with blank indifference by the agents. We were extremely lucky to find somewhere to live in the midst of the pandemic. No help or support was offered. In fact, mid lockdown, the landlord actually came into the flat while we were working from home to make the repairs they hadn’t bothered to make previously, before they moved in. Four years later, I today received an email from Mishon Mackay about my deposit protection. I sent a quick email to query this as we haven’t been tenants for four years, and was sent a typically rude and characteristically obtuse reply that “obviously” I was still listed as a tenant - demonstrating that not only do Mishon Mackay not follow GDPR law, but that they consider it obvious that they as part of their work should make blatant mistakes. This reminded me to leave a review. Thanks guys.

We were always made to feel that selling our flat was her number 1 priority, especially when there were some bumps along the way.
