GoogleAppalling customer service. Took time off work and left standing outside a property for 15 minutes only to call their office to be told the property had gone - and they had 'tried' to leave me a message. No one tries to leave a message - you either leave it or you don't. Also if you cannot get through to a customer you keep trying not leave them to contact you after you have wasted their time. Would not recommend at all - with service like this letting agents deserve their well earned appalling reputations.

GoogleAbsolutely appalling customer service. Bought a new build from abroad and firstly they forgot our appointment so I was left with the developer. They then sent a complete junior who could tell me nothing more about the property. They failed to cancel two appointments made with our surveyor for pre-completion snagging which incurred additional costs for us. Otherwise they were dishonest about the real situation regarding the property actually getting finished and the developer's financial issues. Almost two years down the line we are still having a nightmare trying to resolve various damage and snagging with the developer thanks to the lack of information. Not to be recommended.

GoogleMishon Mackay in Hove sold our flat and did a fantastic job. We were really impressed. We mainly dealt with Steve the manager, and Sarah McCarthy. Everything got answered straight away, and they really helped following the steps of the sale, keeping in touch with both parties, and with solicitors. I would definitely use them again in the future.

GoogleI recently sold my flat through Mishon Mackay, dealing with Amy Newman and Sarah McCarthy in the Hove branch. I have to say that the service I received from them was exceptional, they both helped me navigate the way through a tricky transaction, which was made near impossible by troublesome solicitors. They were both responsive, proactive, attentive and most of all compassionate. The overall service I received from Mishon was great, from start the finish. I would highly recommend them!

GoogleWe recently used Mishon Mackay to sell our house in Saltdean. They were wonderful from start to finish. Our house sold quickly and the team were very professional and efficient but also so helpful and kind. They helped us every step of the way in what is quite a daunting process. I can't recommend them enough.
