GoogleWhere to begin! Over valued house, lied to about our buyer who turned out to be a property developed and pulled out at the last minute. Sent admin staff round to show buyers round and other agents who had never seen the property. Very poor communication overall. I was told I would get feedback about these points but nothing. I can’t see how they offer any value over a much cheaper alternative. In a word, shocking. Please call if you wish to discuss.

As Im sure you remember we spoke at some length re your service and you even said to me that maybe a one star rating was harsh so I am disappointed that three months later you choose to review us in this way. GoogleJust wanted to say how amazing Mishon Mackay where with finding my Mum a beautiful flat. They where so kind and helpful with every step of the process, Chris Cottrell was especially on the ball and made sure we had all the support we needed. My mums not very computer savvy and they ensured it was as easily as possible for her. I felt I could call at any time to ask questions and nothing was too much trouble for him, he even managed to get a better price than the original asking price for us! I would use Mishon Mackay again, and highly recommend to anyone looking to rent or buy for a personal and thoughtful service. 5 star.

GoogleReally appalling customer service. They often do not reply to emails or call backs and they take constant nagging to get the smallest job done. Sometimes it doesn't get done at all. Avoid if possible.

GoogleBE WARY IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO RENT. £246 fees per person is an extortionate amount to pay any agent and is beyond fair giving that most tenancy reference checks cost £24/36 from NLA. Vouch charge £30.00.

GoogleHorrible, horrible service. Dishonest and unprofessional people. They don’t care about you as buyers at all. Dreadful communicators. We have been buying and selling properties for over 25 years now and never experienced people like them. They have definitely lost our business forever and we will spread the word!! Please avoid this estate agent!!

GoogleNever did receive a check out report for the flat we rented, were simply told and made to pay for certain things. Landlord saw opportunity to squeeze as much out of us as possible to continue fleecing the next tenants no doubt. We’re out of renting for good thank goodness so will never have to endure that ever again.

GoogleI bought my flat using Mishon Mackay 7 years ago as a ‘new build’ although my type of building wasn’t classed as a proper new build so never had new build warranty. False promises and now £40k down due to the entire walls needing to be rebuilt. Work is still ongoing and could cost more. This company focuses more on ensuring they have a close relationship with the crook development companies selling off these places at a high premium when materials used were not up to standard! Thus making people live in properties which are not fit for purpose.

GoogleRented a house and the service was terrible. Boiler was not working for the whole two years and a lot of mild problems while I was there and despite informing the agents nothing was done to sort it out. Maria Vrahnaki, who was incharge at the time wanted to deduct the full amount of £2070 deposits in order to change all the carpets because of so called “cigarette smell” and stains. Which we had to file an appeal to get our deposit back. Was threatened during this time saying that the landlord is not happy and might sue us for wasting his time if we proceed with the appeal. Worse of all was racist and said to me “I don’t know where you come from but this is not how we do things here in the uk”. They undermine international students. just because we do not live here they think they can get away with anything.

GoogleMishon Mackay (Maria Vrahnaki) let my flat for me as a fully managed service as I am currently overseas. The level of care and customer service I received was way above and beyond what I had expected and was completely effortless on my part; absolutely fantastic and I can't recommend highly enough - 5 star service.
