GoogleCurrently in the process of purchasing a property listed with ewe move and it’s been an extremely calm process so far. The viewing was done professionally and all the questions we had were either answered straight away or promptly the next day if they didn’t have the information to hand at the time. Lee, the branch director, has been fantastic during the process making sure he has all the relevant information and keeping in contact with us every step of the way. I would seriously recommend viewing a property with ewe move and subsequently making an offer with them

GoogleLee is an absolute diamond geezer! He's exceeded any expectations we had, and in truth he went way beyond what anyone would want from an estate agent. Nothing was too much trouble, and he filled us with confidence at every step of the sale. Communication was first class, everything was very clear. GoogleLee has been extremely helpfull and easily contactable, he has been very honest and has made suggestions to help promote the selling of our home. We decided to take the premium conveyancing option, we were advised the searches etc were ready in roughly 1 week ready for our buyer and the forms were emailled out jyst as quick. He has offered to assist on our onward purchase such as negotiating with the vendor/estate agent. He has kept us updated and hopefully we will soon be in our new home soon

GoogleWithin half an hour of making an enquiry on Rightmove one Sunday evening, Lee had already replied with further information and asked for a convenient time to talk. I ended up viewing it 2 days later. It would've been earlier if I wanted to. I was given as much time as I needed (1 hour) to look around. Lee at no point was pushy or in a rush. I then scheduled another 2 viewings at very convenient times for me (Saturday and Sunday). Lee also gave tips on how to save money and seemed to know someone in every trade, which was useful, as the house had some work that needed doing, and he also communicated this with the seller so that we could come to an agreement very quickly. Once I'd put my offer in, it was all accepted within an hour, and this was on a Sunday. It definitely wouldn't have happened so quickly if it was with another agent. Lee was also very honest and upfront. I felt at ease during every viewing, and 100% recommend Lee.
