GoogleRang up to ask for an extra internal measurement on a property (Aurum Hove) before travelling 6 hours to view it as I wanted to ensure the property was big enough. The lady I spoke to simply wasn’t interested, didn’t ask about my buying position or offer to help with my request. Such a shame as was really interested but the estate agent has completely put me off even trying again to attempt to get the information I needed prior to viewing.

GoogleI’m very happy with the service I received from start to finish, they were professional, friendly and helpful and made the process as stress free as possible. My first property sale fell through but they acted fast and remarketed this within 24 hours and even saved the final sale for me. Oliver from the Hove branch kept me updated throughout the sale and was always available for any questions or queries I had. I would recommend Oliver and Mishon Mackay again.

GoogleI will have to warn anyone interested in purchasing BN Vista and purchasing any properties from them. In May 2022, I have reserved to purchase a flat (BN Vista) in Hove. Their plan was to finish building this block of flats in Q4 2022. I had to rent a flat until I can move into this flat. It was so hard to find a tenancy for such a short term, no one would allow me to rent a room shorter than 6 months, also no one allows me to live with my cat in a rental flat or a room. I ended up moving into a shared house. I had to take my cat to my ex husband's home until BN Vista was built and ready to move in. Since June, I kept going back to see the construction site, and get disappointed by seeing nothing has been done. In July, they told me that there will be scafolding and this is on track for Q4 this year. Nearly everyday, I went to see the site, and found no difference since May. In September, once again I asked them when this building will be built. After 4 months living alone, missing my cat, I was exhausted. They suddenly sent an email to tell me that this was postponed to July 2023. Since I reseved and paid 2000 pounds for reservation fee, it was a heart breaking news, and since I miss my cat so much, and tired of living in a shared house, I decided to cancel this purchase. If I didn't reserve BN Vista, I would have found another property and moved in by now. Now I have found another property to buy, and hoping to move into my new flat in December. If I knew it was going to be in June next year, I would have lived in a rental flat, with my cat. Their communication was so disorganised, and in reality I am missing my cat so much, I am missing living in a entire flat. I am tired of living in a shared house. They also didn't care about introducing alternative properties. One of them even called me to tell me the flat I made enquiry is not available, however the flat is still on Rightmove. Also they told me they don't have any property available I can afford. In their email they mentioned that they would introduce me alternative properties, however they haven't given me any alternatives. I can afford £240 and a lot of properties are under the price I can afford. I will have to warn anyone interested in purchasing BN Vista and purchasing any properties from them. I am now really feeling unsettled. I this whole year i felt so , angry and unsettled. Please give me back time.
BN-Vista update. As you are aware there have been delays in the external walling system which has meant that there appears to be no progress, however internally work has been progressing at pace. We unfortunately cannot offer access to inspect this progress or see individual apartments due to general site safety, which is normal for construction sites. External work is now under way and the development is on-track for the Summer completion with many happy buyers patiently waiting for their apartments. We are sorry you’ve been unable to wait for your apartment and are unhappy with the outcome but the majority of the delays have been unavoidable in these post Covid and Brexit times, both of which have been underlying causes for delays.

GoogleWe rented a large four bedroom house in Brighton for several years with Mishon MacKay as managing agent. As always, there were a few minor maintenance issues that needed working on and I must say, MM were very quick to respond with all communication and were able to resolve all issues quickly and without too much disturbance. We were looked after by Maria Vrahnaki, who I can recommend as a helpful and conscientious member of the MM team.

GoogleWe recently decided to go ahead and get advice about selling our house, Glenn at the Preston park office was straight on the case, giving us all the information we needed to go forwards, not only did he manage to answer all of our (many) questions with ease, he wasn’t pushy, made us feel comfortable and has a great sense of humour - which added a nice touch. GoogleI have now rented out 2 properties with Mishon Mackay and I found both the pre and post let’s team fantastic. Both properties had viewing days lined up immediately upon them accepting the I instructions and both properties were let within days of the initial viewings. Our 1st property has now been with them for a few months and the maintenance team are fantastic, communications and quick, clear and concise and they have sorted out all and any issues quickly and efficiently. I would have no hesitation in recommended them to let your property
