GoogleLooking for a property within the Preston Park area and looking at the reviews I contacted Mishon Mackay as a colleague from London told me they had a long history of prestige properties and customer service, the chap (Glenn) from Mishon Mackay was extremely informative about the area and all the properties he showed us, having a number of agents within the area we have decided to go with Mishon Mackay as our agent as the customer service was unrivalled.
Thanks for the 5* review, Lee!

GoogleI would highly recommend Glenn, he was easy to work with and very personable. It was my second time going through the house buying process and it was more complicated than the first due to the chain involved either side, Glenn was very reassuring and knowledgable about the process which was comforting.

GoogleOur landlord made the decision to sell the flat we were renting, which caused us some initial concern and anxiety about finding a new place to live. Luckily we decided to go back to Mishon Mackay, and James McCartney was able to find us a fantastic new flat in Hove with plenty of time to spare until we were due to move out, which we couldn’t be happier with. James made us feel very at ease and with the help of Jordan Tupper the move was made effortless. We couldn’t recommend James and the team at Mishon Mackay Preston Park high enough.
Dear Ed, thank you for taking the time to review the Lettings team. To read such positive feedback I know the team will be delighted and thank you for reaching out to review. Kind Regards - Chris Thew - Sales Director

GoogleWe have been working with Mishon Mackay for decades. Both in a purchasing, selling and letting capacity. Our experience with the lettings team has been second to none and improving exponentially since the arrival of Jay Melton Ball. His professionalism and mentoring skills have resulted in a stable, skilled and reliable team. We strongly recommend them for their hard work and willingness to go that extra mile both for us and the tenants. Their administration is sharp and reliable. Their records meticulous and Jay remains on top of his game with his team. Where larger organisations lack in personal service and apply tedious and unnecessary corporate protocols Jay and Mishons lettings remain dedicated, creative and easy to do business with in this increasingly complex sector. In these trying economic times where mediocrity seems the best one can expect from many uninterested suppliers, it is refreshing to come across such an enthusiastic and professional team that is deeply familiar with our portfolio and requirements.
Thank you, Hans! Kind Regards, Chris Thew - Sales Director.

GoogleThe Mishon Mackay team were highly professional. I’ve been renting for 25 years and this is one of the smoothest experiences I’ve had with an agent. Their onboarding process for new tenants completely removes the pain from the lettings process.
Thanks for the 5* review, Dominic. Kind Regards, Chris Thew - Sales Director.

GoogleI felt compelled to leave Glenn at MM a review as he has been a stand-out contact for me. He really has gone the extra mile time and time again and humours my questions and requests for information about the market. He’s really helped me feel confident about my property during the valuation process and I’m looking forward to an improvement in the market, so I can sell with him.
Thank you, Tom! Lovely to read such a great review about Glenn and the Preston Park office! Thank you for taking the time out to review! Kind Regards, Chris Thew - Sales Director

GoogleGlenn has offered me genuine insight. Not every experience with an estate agent is going to be perfect and I have had my fair share of lets and sales. Glenn has often restored my faith with his down to earth approach and knack for transparency. I will keep coming back to MM for Glenn for my valuations and sales in the future. Thanks mate
Thanks, for the 5* review, Stewart! Glenn certainly prides himself on delivering an exceptional service. Kind Regards, Chris Thew - Sales Director.

GoogleI have worked with Mishon Mackay for almost 2 years and have "recruited" 2 tenants during that time. The first tenants were found within days as were the second tenants. The transition between 1 and 2 was managed superbly with some decoration and new carpet laying required. Sidney did a great job and the whole team have been personal, helpful and prompt in response

GoogleWe had a great experience with Mishon Mackay. Our main agent (Natasha) handling our tenancy application was very kind, attentive, and helpful at all stages of the process. And general, everyone at Mishon Mackay is very professional and knowledgeable. We would definitely come back to them in the future for any property related matters.
