GoogleI've had the pleasure of dealing with the guys at this branch on a number of occasions and they've always come across very friendly and professional! They all do a fantastic job lead by branch manager George who seems incredibly dedicated to the role and highly knowledgeable of the market! I'd thoroughly recommend using them if you're looking to buy or sell your home!

GoogleWe cannot thank the staff of Mishon MacKay highly enough. The service was particularly professional, and as first timers we needed a lot of support throughout the buying process. We were amazed how smoothly and easily it all went, and highly recommend Mishon MacKay - and George in particular, who was amazing and helped us so much. Thanks a million!

GoogleWe would definitely recommend Mishon Mackay Brighton for selling and buying. George managed to rescue our sale after shocking failings by Lextons Hove, who agreed to hand it over admitting their horrendous behaviour. George also held a long chain together and got our buy to go through as well. Unlike Lextons, with Mishon Mackay there was always someone in the office, answering the phone, email, and willing to give keys and answer questions. We would definitely use George and MM again.

GoogleVery unprofessional service. They have cancelled our flat viewing twice - once with a half hour notice when we were already on our way, and the other time they sent a cancellation email late the night before, which when we called to enquire what’s going on, we were told the agent’s car has broken down. Not a very believable story when the cancellation came through the day before. They did not offer any other date or time for us to have the viewing, even when we asked if that might be possible. They clearly don’t care about their potential clients so I wouldn’t recommend working with them

GoogleVery very poor team . The team here is rude and not helpful at all specially the property management team . Sydney specifically has been mean and rude in conversation and doesn’t listen . I was handed over wrong keys . For that I had to pay £36 for 30 min extra wait time to get the right keys . Also I was just given 1 set of key when I asked for another I was told you have to get it made on your own . Infact reasoning given was you live alone why do you need spare keys . If you are locked out yiu can’t access the apartment . What if I loose 1 keys . I want to keep 1 set outside the apartment hidden ofcourse I wouldn’t tell her where I am keeping them . Sydney’s reasoning is we don’t provide spare keys to keep back up with friends or families . Pan london and surrey I have movers in 4 different apartments everywhere I was given 2 set always. She is the worst person I have ever spoken to and not helpful in sorting issues at all infact she flares it up Overall staff is not helpful and keeps passing to each other and communication amongst them is poor Also the inventory wasn’t checked properly . The meter readings were not done . The oven is still dirty and smelly and so is the washing machine . The plug points not working . Heating not working . I have just moved to Brighton and already so stressed with all the behaviour of the staff and poorly maintained property . It’s sad to see people are so poor in behaviour here .

GoogleWe almost never write reviews but have to say that we are truly grateful to both Josh and Dee at Mishon Mc Kay who we bought our new house through last year. Josh pushed and chased and organized to keep things together when (from the communications via the conveyancers) the vendors seemed completely disinterested in selling their property and we genuinely think the sale would not have gone through without Josh's proactiveness. We were also very appreciative of Dee who came by post purchase, after work to get the gas meter going for us and her non pushy, genuine manner at the viewing we had with her. The agency we used to sell with were unfortunately beyond hopeless and very unpersonable throughout, so we only wish we'd used Mishon McKay to sell with aswell!

The market knowledge and experience was second to none and ensured that my flat was sold in a timely but friendly manner, as well as the administrative processes being dealt with efficiently and in a user-friendly format. GoogleGeorge and the team did an excellent job supporting us with our sale and purchase and every member played their part in making it happen. They were always at the end of the phone, helped us through the ups and downs and kept us up to date along the way. We received good advice when needed and felt very looked after in the process. I would highly recommend their services.

GoogleMishon mackay truly give excellent service! Especially Dee, she is a star. Made sure the conveyancing went through smoothly. Felix who valued my property was also very lovely and efficient, and would check on me periodically. George who negotiated the offers, and Samim was always there for a chat; was a delight to speak to and really calmed me when I was stressed. They are a team of 5 (I believe) and all 5 of them are great, and deserve 5 stars each!

GoogleThe team at Mishon Mackay Brighton provided an excellent service selling our flat, especially during a slow and difficult market. The team were very professional and on top of everything and gave us some great advice. We felt they had a really good sense of when to push and when to hold for a moment. Many thanks to the whole team including Felix, Tom and Dee, and extra thanks to George and Samim who mostly dealt with our sale.

GoogleBefore dealing with Mishon Mackay, I had only ever bought a house, when it came to sell, I did know the process when it comes to getting valuations and dealing with solicitors. I called Mishon Mackay and Oliver came round to explain the whole process to me as well as value my property. Today I picked up my keys to my new Home and Ollie has been there from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble and if I had bought in Brighton, I know that I would use Mishon Mackay again. I cannot recommend enough.
