GoogleOverall, my experience with Michels estate agents team was nothing short of excellent. From the initial marketing the property to the final closing process, they provided exceptional service, expert guidance, and an unwavering commitment to client satisfaction. I highly recommend working with Louis and Jo, as well as relying on the expertise of Emma’s mortgage team. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and dedication truly made the process easier and stress free.

GoogleMichael and his team are very helpful and professional. They know the local market inside out like no one else. I am a returning customer who tried a different agency and had to come back to Michaels again for a great service. I value Michaels and his team for a personal touch and realistic value put on a property, which they can achieve for you. Some other agents may promise you more money, but this is just to get your business and they will keep on asking you to drop the price later until you get sold. To me, it is all about delivering on the promise and they will do just that for you.

GoogleThe long saga of selling our home is at last over and the outstanding support we had from Michaels was a major factor in keeping us sane. Always available, always responsive, always pro active, always oh so supportive and always human. We are so grateful for all that Jo, Michael and Mark did for us throughout the process and we have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending their services.

GoogleI wanted to thank Michael for all the help he gave towards the purchase of my new property. He was not my agent, rather he was the agent of the person I purchased from. My assigned local agent left the company he worked for (of which was an online estate agent) & they failed to facilitate me with an appropriate replacement. This left me to sort most things out myself with only occasional help online. Despite Michael not being my agent, he handled much of my workload and helped out majorly with the purchase of my new property. He aided particularly in chasing up agents of other parties in the chain & solicitors to get the job done efficiently. I was worried my move would be troublesome due to the complications with my agency, however he really helped me through it without me even having to request such extensive help. If I were to move again, I would definitely use him as it is evident his service would be of the highest quality and I appreciate all his hard work.

GoogleWe have just exchanged on our property with Michael’s and I cannot recommend the team highly enough. Michael in particular is just excellent - encouraging and good natured and so good at his job. He has kept the momentum going - really driving the whole process forwards. I really appreciate his efforts and would not hesitate in using them again. Thank you!

GoogleFirst class and thoroughly professional. Kept us informed throughout the process of selling our apartment and the ongoing advice we received ensured completion in under 10 weeks from receipt of our offer. As we were selling a leasehold property this was impressive as was Michaels liaison with our solicitors.

GoogleWould not consider providing reviews except in exceptional circumstances (good or bad). But, in this case, as a buyer, I am pleased to advise that Michaels have provided me with a great service. Well done!
