GoogleMy wife and I would recommend Michaels Property Consultants to anyone thinking of selling/buying in this area. Why? Throughout the process, from beginning to end, they were always professional and courteous. They took time to understand who we were, what we were expecting and kept in touch regularly. Our thanks to the impressive Michael Bickmore and his team for an outstanding job on our behalf.

GoogleSo helpfully and supportive. They say selling a house is one of the most stressful time's in your life. Michael's, and especially Jo, made this so much easier. The constant communication, updates, and assistance have been outstanding. Thanks for all the help.

GoogleHonestly only gave 1 star because I had to, very unprofessional team of people who love to play you off against other people in the chain, they will tell you lies the entire time. Once they have your signed contract from you they really do not care. Worst agent I have ever used and will not be using again. Safe to say I was warned before using and I didn’t listen!
Dear Sir/Madam, It is a real shame to hear you was not satisfied with the service received from us. However, I am finding it difficult to recall which property this complaint applies too, as we haven't received any negative feedback since being open from November 2021. Naturally, any negative feedback is concerning and something I wish to resolve. If you could please email me directly at a.wilcock@michaelsproperty.co.uk to discuss further. Aaron Wilcock - Director

GoogleAs a first time buyer, Aaron couldn’t have been more helpful or considerate. His replies to email queries and concerns were fast and informative. In person he was kind, genuine and calm, using personal experience to relate to my situation. I would definitely recommend him.

GoogleMichael Bickmore and his team; in particular Connor and Cam ensured our property was marketed and sold very promptly. Unfortunately, our purchaser retracted their offer just before the exchange date. Michael confidently re-marketed the property for us and within a week we had a new buyer and even sold for more money. The assurance and service throughout such a stressful process has been exemplary from Michael’s Property Consultants. I can’t recommend them enough. 👍🏼

GoogleI recently engaged Michaels on the sale of my flat in Colchester. They were incredibly professional, knowledgeable and helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. From the valuation report at the start, all the way through to viewings and eventually progressing and completing the sale I was extremely impressed. Special mention has to go to Cameron, Connor, Louis, Michael and Jo for all their help and hard work. Thanks!

GoogleGood communication all the way through. Went to for advice on anything I wasn't sure on and decisions I had to make. Provided regular updates as we were nearing exchange, and chasing and finding out information on our behalf to ensure we were fully aware of what was happening. This was so helpful when you are in limbo awaiting answers and information. Thanks guys (Michael) you made the whole process a lot easier!

GoogleHighly Recommend Micheals Property Consulting! I have searched for property to rent for some time and Sam from Micheals property showed me the perfect property on the the same day when I first visited their office and my family moved into the house two days after completing the application. Service was quick and agents were friendly and professional including the Rhys! Best Wishes!

GoogleGreat experience from start to finish, Michael B went over and above board to support us selling a couple of houses and always recommended the best solutions when we faced certain issues throughout (not down to them) even when it wouldn't benefit their company as such. Would use again without a doubt.
