After a long and hard journey of my mother in law passing away and CHP and their awful laws not letting our family stay in our family home that we’ve been in since the house was built.. KYLE HAS BEEN AMAZING through the whole process of helping us search for a new home, after multiple times, time and time again of looking at so many different properties, and not being accepted due to so many applications, Kyle went above and beyond and didn’t stop until he found us our perfect home! Kyle has been amazing throughout our whole journey and has been the best support network and made us have hope, when we was nearly at the stage of giving up! If it wasn’t for Kyle we wouldn’t be where we are today!! GoogleGive the small guys a chance! We have recently used Michael’s to sell our property in Braintree. The Braintree team have been absolutely fantastic and I wouldn’t hesitate to use again or recommend. We initially tried to sell through a big name local agent and had nothing but trouble! Swapping to Michael’s was the best thing we did. Gemma has been very professional and proactive throughout, holding a complicated sale together through her excellent communication up and down the chain, which is all we could ask for. Joely and Patrick conducted our viewings and both were very professional, turned up on time and kept us informed of buyer feedback promptly.

GoogleI would strongly recommend that you do not use Michael's to sell your property. We have just purchased our property via them, and they were responsible for the top 2 links in the chain. The communication was terrible, we weren't informed of issues within the top of the chain until our own estate agent was notified of the issues at a much later date. They repeatedly gave us incorrect information regarding updates within the chain, constantly having us thinking we were 1 step from exchanging for a month but then saying there was 1 more thing that needed to be done. It was only when our estate agent started reaching out to contacts within the top of the chain that we weren't awaiting for contracts to be signed as there were still 9 enquiries outstanding and contracts hadn't even been given to our sellers. They also had poor customer service, as they were very rude when we were contacting them for updates. Avoid at all costs.

GooglePathological liars, they ignore your calls and emails when you need them. They ignored 5 of my emails and then emailed me about scheduling a new tenant viewing, I only agreed to this viewing if Michaels responded to my previous emails about problems in my property, which they did in order to get the tennant viewing booked. When the new tennant came over I heard the agent outright lie and say "as you can see there's an issue with the door frame, the tennant only emailed about this yesterday and we're already getting it sorted". They are absolute liars. They kept a large amount of my deposit, when I moved in they lied about having the apartment professionally cleaned. When I moved in there was still the old tenants underwear in the drawers and rust in the bathroom radiators, they are absolute liars. When I first moved in they forgot to tell me the passcode to enter my building, I called their number and emergency number and was ignored for 5 hours. I could continue typing my bad experiences but I've said enough. They will be super nice until you pay the deposit, as soon as you've paid they are useless, ignore you, and lie lie lie... If I could give 0/5 I would. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
