GoogleBored of this lot repeatedly sending us letters to get our business. If they'd done any kind of groundwork, they'd know the property in question has been Let. This lot will be bottom of our list when buy/sell or Let properties. Unprofessional and pathetic attempts to win business.

GoogleMichaels Property Consultants have been more than professional in advertising, communication and the handling of the sale of my property. During the valuation process with other estate agents Michaels branch manager presented himself as being knowledgeable and honest about the current state of the property market, with no sales pressure, this is the reason I signed with them. Fully recommended and would definitely use again.

GoogleOur review for Michael's Estate Agency in Braintree has to be 5 stars!! Patrick, Stephen and Declan all work well together as a team to deliver a superior and seamless service in a friendly but professional manner. Our experience with them has been very positive, with a significant amount more viewings being booked in our first 10 days than in 10 weeks with our previous agent. We have been kept fully up to date with feedback by telephone after every viewing and via email to confirm viewings. Faultless. Just the type of service from an agent we were hoping for. Update 15.07.19 We stand by everything that was stated before, having got to the stage of offer's, with full guidance and advice we have reached that happy place of being SOLD! We feel that the guys at Michaels genuinely want to achieve the best for their clients, no pressure, no stress. We can't thank you enough.

GoogleFantastic estate agent that I could not reccomend highly enough. My partner and I recently just purchased a property in Witham which ran into no end of trouble. Thankfully Steve and Patrick worked tirelessly to get the sale sorted for us and completed on the date we needed it by. They made the phone calls and got the job done, ypu cannot ask for more than that. Honestly Steve and Patrick did us proud and they will do you proud for your sale as well. Michael's give those guys a raise they deserve it.

GoogleWe purchased our new home through Michaels, mainly dealing with Stephen. We were impressed with the level of service. Stephen made sure he knew what was going on all along the chain and addressed any concerns. He made sure we were provided with frequent updates, a marked difference from the agent dealing with the sale of our property. Thank you!

GoogleEstate Agents can feel pushy and untrustworthy but this certainly isn't the case with Michaels in Braintree. Steve has been fantastic with the guidance he has provided and has continuously supported the sale of our home. They really went the extra mile to ensure the sale of our house and even chased the solicitors on both sides to ensure it went through as quickly as possible. I will definitely be using Michael's again and strongly recommend. Thank you Steve & Patrick x

GoogleI've found that MPC Colechester is a fantastic company if what your looking for is to have as much of your time and money wasted as possible, and to have your blood pressure raised by worrying degrees. I have had the absolute pleasure of helping a friend fight tooth and nail with these lacklustre, ineffectual, impunctual "estate agents". If you had the whole picture of being this agencies "customers" it would look alot like having your teeth pulled by a one eyed labourer with Parkinsons, no concept of time and a rubber mallet. Shaky, drawn out, leaving a dull ache punctuated by sharp agony. Oh, and the whole thing cost you £400 ahead of time. And because the money was taken before the teeth being ripped out you can't be mad that they've got the wrong ones!! Or in my friends real case. Getting charged a £400 "holding fee"?? Not getting a contract until dats before moving in. Getting the previous tenants out two days after when agreed. Not cleaning the flat at all! They've been there a month and not had an official inventory. The nail in the coffin is their obtuse and unhelpful service staff dragging there heels like they're being marched onto a train in 1943 Poland. To change a lightbulb and fix a toilet. Wow. Impressed to say the least, keep up the good work MPC you're one of the best in colechester I hear. Cheers.

GoogleWe arranged to view a house with Michaels' for a Saturday afternoon at 12. Having driven three and a half hours (which they were aware of) to get to the location, we found that the agent hadn't turned up and the tenant, who wasn't expecting us, had to show us around their own house. Still, we liked the house and given that it had been advertised as 'available now' (screenshots saved), called Michaels' to say we were interested in moving forward with the let. Unfortunately, as the existing tenant had not specified their moving out date, we were unable to take the property and eventually had to look elsewhere. Michaels seemingly advertised the house on their website when it wasn't actually available to rent. I lost count of the amount unreturned calls over the next four days and despite complaining to a number of different members of staff, didn't receive an apology. In fact, it was apparant to me that they weren't even aware that they'd done anything wrong, though they did eventually take the house off their website in an acknowledgement that it shouldn't have been there in the first place. This was interspersed with a number of changing excuses and deflection tactics to take attention away from the fact that they'd made a number of mistakes for which no responsibility was taken (apparent missed emails, voicemails etc.). If you are thinking of using Michaels for a sales or a letting, maybe it will work out well for you. However, I wouldn't recommend taking the chance. Just play it safe and go elsewhere. There are numerous other property consultants in the area. Based on my experience, this is an unprofessional agency with no idea how to respectfully service a potential customer.

GoogleMichaels sold my elderly parents home , and I found them to be extremely professional, I really felt that they helped us to achieve the best price we could for my parents beloved home. They also kept us completely up to date with the progression of the sale . Also on a personal level my parents had never moved, having had the house built in 1958 , they were very nervous and needed a lot of understanding , the whole office at the Colchester branch were lovely and really helped to keep the stress levels down, they accompanied all viewings , and really made what could have been a very traumatic experience a pleasant one . So that you Micheal's you are exceptional.
