GoogleEnjoyed the experience as a first time buyer. Felt welcomed and calm. Had concerns but were quickly dealt with. Love the bottle of wine given when picking up my house keys. Couldn't say anything negative about them. I aimed for February moving date. As a deaf person it was great transition for me even though I was very nervous about the whole process

GoogleWe've made the unfortunate decision to go with this lot a few months ago. A decision we now realise was a total mistake. Patrick sat in our living room and made a load of promises he had no intention of keeping or wasn't in a position to keep in the first place. Communication was often shocking and at times hostie. I would recommend these if you want to sell your property for £15-20k less than what you want as this seems to be their specialty. If you want your actual asking price 100% avoid. Lucky they can only be given 1 star

GoogleWe cannot speak too highly of all the staff at the Halstead office for the professional and friendly way they dealt with us. We sold and bought through them very recently and as returning customers Aaron treated us very fairly. We dealt with Aaron, Max and Jackie and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. We would certainly recommend them.

GoogleI got a flat at Sail House, Colchester through Kyle last year. Everything was very well coordinated . During my stay all my maintenence issues were swiftly resolved. I Maintained the house well and at end i got complete deposit back within 2 days. Overall a wonderful experience.

GoogleMy experience with Michaels has been really great! Kyle arranged multiple viewings when I was leaving the apartment and was always so kind, approachable and funny with prospective tenants. He always gave me minimum 24 hours notice prior to viewings and was efficient in responding to my emails. Once I left the apartment, I liaised with Bethany who was prompt in replying to my emails/queries, and ensured I got my deposit back in full. Michaels are incredibly friendly and professional estate agent, I recommend them!

GoogleHighly recommend! I’ve dealt mainly with Cameron, Mike and Nikki who have all been amazing from start to finish! As a first time seller, selling a flat I didn’t know much about certain things, however Nikki and Mike made sure I understood everything and would keep me updated weekly. They all understood the urgency of our sale and done everything possible to meet our deadline. Cameron took great pictures and between them all we had a lot of viewings in the first week and secured a buyer within 10 days. Cameron also helped to explain processes to us when we were clueless and nothing seemed too much trouble for any of them. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Michael’s and the team to anybody!
