GoogleWe chose Michaels in Crouch Street from three local estate agents whom we initially invited to take a look at our house, with a view to putting it on the market. From the outset Aaron kept his feet on the ground and was realistic in his pricing range. He loved the house and aimed to show it to its best advantage and his photos were testament to that. Calls flooded in and he organised two days of viewing and it was at the end of the first day that a really good offer was put forward and accepted, painlessly and seamlessly. There was no pushiness and, at all times, we felt securely held, but with no pressure. Then Jo, the progressor, became our go-to person for liaisons with the buyer, progress down the line and general information. In point of fact, she did far more and offered any form of support that we needed. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt more than just clients. We cannot fault Michaels for their professionalism, consistency, hard work and care and would have no hesitation in recommending anyone who is thinking of moving to pay them a visit first.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

They managed to get the purchase through in record time, when other people around us were struggling to complete their purchase prior to the stamp duty holiday. GoogleDeclan is without doubt the most professional estate agent we have dealt with when viewing properties! Please do not be put off by the fact he is only young! He was very knowledgeable of the area which we don’t live in, kept us informed about the property we wanted to purchase and was extremely professional and responsive to our emails. Although the property we wanted to purchase hasn’t actually worked out for us, I would have no hesitation in finding an alternative property through Michaels and will specifically be asking to speak with Declan. It’s a shame we’re out of area as he’d definitely be my first choice to sell my property through.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleRecently brought a house through Michaels, Steve and Patrick where both extremely helpful through the whole process. We viewed a number of houses with them when we was searching and all viewings went well and they seemed honest and knowlegable when answering our questions. It was actually Steve who recomended we view the house we actually ended up going for! Patrick and Steve where very much involved with the whole process and chased both sides solictors of their own backs. Without them I think the process would have taken a lot longer, they where very helpful, pro-active and replied to any queries very fast. Especially as we where first time buyers so the whole process was new and overwhelming. Would definatly reccomend and use again in the future! :)

GoogleI cannot speak highly enough on the efforts of Patrick, Stephen and the rest of the team at Michaels Braintree. From the first meeting, viewing other properties and the sale of our house, their professionalism and dedication is second to none. I have no doubt that going with any other estate agent would have been a far more painful experience. If you’re going to move house, Michaels are the only estate agent you should consider.

GoogleMichaels were recommended to us by a friend who sold their house in Witham. We couldn’t be happier with the service we have received from start to finish. We had two valuations booked in, one with a large estate agency and another with Michaels. Patrick valued our flat and was completely transparent with fees and managing our expectations of the property market, there was no hard sell at all. This was the complete opposite to the service we had received from the other agent. Our property was sold within a week of being on the market for full asking price. Patrick and Steve were so supportive throughout the whole process and regularly provided updates and chased the solicitors when required. Thanks guys!
