As first time buyers we were nervous about the process and asking too many questions. Michael and Connor were both extremely helpful throughout, answering questions in an informative and concise manner. Went above and beyond with their service being available at all times and I don't think we'd use anyone else in the future! Michael, can't thank you enough for your help throughout, you kept us calm and managed expectations perfectly and delivered on everything you said! I thoroughly recommend Michaels to anyone and everyone. Louis & SophiePositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We cannot fault the service that Michaels provided for us throughout our sale from beginning to end. The housing market is particularly busy at the minute with difficult circumstances surrounding COVID but this didn't effect the good quality that was offered to us throughout. When we decided to put our property on the market we instantly knew we had made the right choice, from the welcome packs, the photographs, the property upload and the passion they had to make the sale. When you call, any of the team is happy to help with open arms and they always do what they can to reassure you with an update. Would really recommend if you are looking to support a local quality business.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Michaels have to be the best agents around this area (Colchester), I mean best by far, with my experience in the last 6 - 8 months of dealing with 4 to 5 other agents (big brand names!) Michaels exceed expectations on all fronts. Professionalism, responsiveness and brilliant customer service are some of the attributes I would tag to them. Thankyou Michael B., Aaron, Connor, Liam, Josh and others. You are a wonderful team, bringing people's dreams to life. Keep up the good work.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I am renting my flat out via Michaels' Lettings service. Rhys and Bukola have been professional and friendly throughout our communication - whether by email or by phone. They have answered my questions promptly, and have been pro-active in keeping me up to date with any important information regarding my flat. Nothing seems too much trouble for them, and I feel that the rental procedure is being managed by very good hands. I would highly recommend Michaels to anyone looking to rent out their property.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

We have recently sold our house through Michael’s Property Consultants. From our initial meeting with Michael Bickmore, who acted for us in our sale, to the end of the transaction we felt valued Clients. The beginning of the process was impressive with swift feedback after Viewings. Phone calls to the Office were always received in a courteous and friendly way with messages passed on if Michael was not available (most of the time he was) resulting in speedy call backs. Thank you especially to Connor who was so patient taking these! After 41 years living in the same house, so being totally out of touch with the buying and selling process, and coupled with ‘hiccups’ along the way Michael was supportive, professional and positive whilst remaining realistic. We were impressed with the way that he engaged with us, keeping in regular contact and being extremely pro-active when our journey became a ‘’Roller Coaster Ride! We feel that it would be true to say that due to Michael’s diligence and persistence in the selling process, and his excellent pro-active and interpersonal skills with both our buyers and the professionals involved in our own house purchase, we were not only able to secure a successful sale but were also able to secure our new home. Thank you everyone at Michael’s for second to none support and efficiency. Without you we wouldn’t have got there! Vicky and Rod AndersonPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We recently sold our home with Michael’s and I couldn’t be happier with the service we received. From listing the house, doing the viewings, agreeing the sale to the communication and support throughout the duration of the sale process up until completion, we’ve received excellent communication, advice and support, which I do not believe we’ve had received elsewhere. Given our sale wasn’t the smoothest of journeys, I don’t know what we would have done if we didn’t have Michael Bickmore and the team from the Colchester office on our side. Worth every penny of commission and I wouldn’t hesitate again to use them in the future!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Michael’s Estate Agent are professional and honest - refreshing qualities in their line of work. They always kept me updated and never misled me with unrealistic promises. When they found a buyer they treated me like I was their only client - when I know they are in fact extremely busy. They found me a fantastic solicitor and we got to exchange in just six weeks. I recommend then highly.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Not only did Michaels sell our home (twice) within 24 hours, but they have been a pleasure to deal with. They have communicated with us throughout this process and have always had our interests in mind when communicating with potential buyers. It has not all been plain sailing but the team at Michaels made the process so much easier than it otherwise would have been. Thank you very much!!!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Michaels were the appointed Agents to the purchase of our first home and my partner and I are very impressed with the service we recieved. We made an offer on the house and had a positive response within a day which was a big relief! The process was slightly rocky but this was no fault of Michaels! Our contact was Jo Saunders who I developed a lovely relationship with. She was responsive and kept me updated when matters progressed and returned calls and emails swiftly which I believe is important for a first time buyer to keep them at ease! Thank you Michaels and thank you to Jo for helping us find our first home and helping us through this slightly stressful experience!PositiveProfessionalism

We were so impressed with the service we received from start to finish with Michaels. Our sale was not a smooth transaction, with the added stress of Covid delaying the exchange but the sales progressor, Jo, kept us up to date with what was happening at all times and we had every confidence that she did all she possibly could to get our sale exchanged as quickly as possible. Michael, the manager was also fantastic. Would highly recommend Michaels for anyone looking to sell in Colchester.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Our agent, Michael Bickmore has been fantastic the throughout the entire buying process, constantly in touch with me, giving me updates and constantly chasing relevant Solicitors in order to achieve exchange in the smallest time frame possible. If I had not had Michael on my side I would likely still be awaiting replies from Months ago. I cannot recommend Michael enough, he has made this transaction as painless as can be and I would be more than happy to use him again in the future. Thank you for your hard work Michael, it goes a long way.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
