We recently purchased a house as first time buyers through Michaels. They were brilliant the whole way through. Michael and Connor were particularly great. They managed to get the purchase through in record time, when other people around us were struggling to complete their purchase prior to the stamp duty holiday. Following the purchase Michael’s continued to offer support and help whilst we settled into our home. We would definitely recommend them. Couldn't recommend Micheals Braintree enough. As first time buyers they went above and beyond to help us every step of the way! Both Sophie and Declan are a credit to the team.

Polite staff, and plenty of updates on the house we were purchasing - far more than from our own agent who gave us very little information on how the sale was proceeding. Sophie, in particular, was very helpful and called regularly. 😊

Over the last 2 years I have dealt with more than my fair share of estate agents, I have found that they are not all honest, helpful or compassionate. However, Patrick, Steven and the team in the Braintree office are all 3. After a sale falling through 4 days before completion, not their fault i add, they listened to my tears, and moved mountains to re sell my home for me, which they did in less than 24 hours, twice!!!!! I cannot recommend Patrick and the team enough. If you want honest, straight forward, hard-working estate agents Michaels is the one for you. They will be my go to in the future. Professional to a fault, but also make you feel like YOU are all they care about. Well done guys, and from the bottom of my heart, thank you so much. (p.s. Stacey........I bet you miss me...lol.......thank you)

We purchased our first property through Michaels and were really impressed with them. Sophie dealt with our purchase & is such an asset to the company. She is constantly chasing and ensuring all goes through as quickly as possible. Sophie is more than happy to go that extra mile & we couldn't be happier with the service we received.

These guys have been amazing. They definitely went above and beyond to support me throughout an extremely difficult house sale which dragged on for months through no fault of theirs. I can honestly say it was due to the determination of Sophie, who persevered and would not give up, that this sale actually happened. The team at Michael's are fantastic, many thanks to Patrick, Declan, Stephen who fought it at the bitter end and of course, Sophie. Always professional, reassuring and really fought my corner. I have no hesitation in recommending Michael's 100%. Thank you all.

I have used Michael's for a third time for good reason. They have produced the most professional photographs for sale. The service was great on viewings with very friendly staff. As for the after care it was prompt and helpful. I would fully recommend Michael's. There is a reason I keep going back.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
