After finding a buyer to my property that took another agent 5months and not even get a proper offer, Alex and his team sold our place within 4-6weeks. The service that we recieved continued throughout the whole transaction even when we came face to face with difficult situations the customer service was outstanding. Alex went above and beyond his duty and we cant thank them enough. Fees are also very reasonable for the high level of service you recieve. Certainly recomend them and will again in future. We had a wonderful experience buying a property through Michael Everett. I have had a first hand experience of dealing with them as a tenant and then ended up buying the same property when it was put on sale. Lizzy and her team were on hand to answer any query and the sale was smooth from start through to the completion. I have dealt with many estate agents in the past but Michael Everett has been by far the best.. I wish them all the success and will not hesitate to recommend them to any of my family or friends.

Unlike many of the agents we had dealings with, they were never overly salesy and that was hugely refreshing. They really cared about the seller as well as the buyers. Always kept us up to date with the situation, were were always helpful to convey our queries and dealt with everything efficiently and with sensitivity.

Really dreadful experience with this agent who allowed us to get guzumped a week before exchange date . We we at least 2k down What made it worse was their we couldn't care less attitude "these things happen bye" Really distasteful unprofessional greedy agent AVOID AVOID AVOID

Michael Everett was our seller's agency and were absolutely fantastic to deal with. Having had issues with other agencies, we were really impressed with Michael Everett from the first moment we were shown our new home by Mark, who had a great knowledge of the property and the surrounding area. After we made our offer we spoke with Alex who progressed things quickly and was great to deal with. Our move took a few months longer than we would have hoped due to issues with our buyer, but throughout the experience we had direct contact with Debbie who was brilliant. Debbie helped us on so many occasions using her expertise and we are really grateful for her help. Thanks to the excellent service from Michael Everett we are now settled in our dream home and although at the moment we don't ever want to sell, if we were going to we would be straight in contact with Michael Everett. Mark Coysh and his team went above and beyond to help drive our house sale and purchase through. They were cool, calm and collected throughout the whole process - following through on all their promises. In fact, our sale would not have progressed as quickly as it did without Michael Everett driving it all through. They even sent us a beautiful bouquet of flowers when we moved in. A lovely touch from a lovely team. I can't recommend them highly enough.
