Throughout our sale we were very happy with the service provided by Michael Everett. Their valuation versus other agents was realistic - the details on Rightmove were excellent. They were gave us good advice when we needed it and the house sold in a reasonable time.

We were thrilled with the service we had from Michael Everett when it came to the sale of our house. All their agents were a pleasure to deal with, prompt to respond to any queries we had and extremely committed to getting us a sale that worked for us. We had an enormous amount of viewings and were under offer within 3 months of going on the market. Their after-offer care was also exceptional, providing an invaluable service in bridging the information gap between the buyer and the solicitors.

We were very satisfied with the way Michael Everett dealt with our sale. We were kept informed at all stages, appointments were made to suit, and the prospective buyers were always accompanied. We always had useful feedback and when the sale was agreed we felt that Michael Everett was proactive in moving the process forward. We largely dealt with Dee who was always extremely helpful and gave us good advice.

Alex, Lisa and Debbie looked after the sale of my property. I am based in Singapore so they had to work with time difference and lack of my availability. After finding a buyer to my property that took another agent 5months and not even get a proper offer, Alex and his team sold our place within 4-6weeks. The service that we recieved continued throughout the whole transaction even when we came face to face with difficult situations the customer service was outstanding. Alex went above and beyond his duty and we cant thank them enough. Fees are also very reasonable for the high level of service you recieve. Certainly recomend them and will again in future. Liz McGowan and her staff at Epsom provided a very efficient and professional service and throughout the process was both friendly and calm. Liz kept us informed throughout and responded quickly as and when we or our buyer had questions. Her valuation proved to be accurate in terms of original asking price and eventual agreed price. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend her services to any friends.
