About Michael Everett Epsom

Michael Everett & Company was established some 60 years ago from offices in Epsom High Street. We now offer a network of four closely linked sales offices in Epsom, Ashtead, Banstead and Walton on the Hill. We specialise in all aspects of residential property; buying and selling; lettings and property management; land and new homes; professional valuations and surveying. Our offices are all located in prominent town or village centres providing the perfect showcase for our client’s properties. All our partners and senior staff live locally and can guarantee an intimate knowledge of their office area. We pride ourselves in retaining the traditional values of honesty and integrity. At the same time we provide a modern, professional service using the latest technology and marketing tools including widespread internet coverage on the leading property portals Rightmove and OnTheMarket. We also provide focused individual property advertising in a variety of local newspapers and magazines. Our applicants all receive instant notification of all our new instructions by email and include full sales particulars. All our high quality sales brochures incorporate floor plans and are fully available for on line download. Epsom and Ashtead offices are member firms of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the National Association of Estate Agents and all our offices are registered with the Property Ombudsman Scheme for Residential Sales. Our lettings department is also governed by the strict rules of conduct and client money auditing requirements of the RICS and are members of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme. We believe that at Michael Everett & Company we can cater for all your property needs using effective modern marketing techniques combined with traditional qualities of personal client service and above all, overseen by the strict codes of conduct required of us by our professional governing bodies. We have also been chosen by Cartus Plc, the worlds largest relocation company, to work exclusively in this area as part of their countrywide Relocation Agent Network.

Very professional from start till the end...

We had a wonderful experience buying a property through Michael Everett. I have had a first hand experience of dealing with them as a tenant and then ended up buying the same property when it was put on sale. Lizzy and her team were on hand to answer any query and the sale was smooth from start through to the completion. I have dealt with many estate agents in the past but Michael Everett has been by far the best.. I wish them all the success and will not hesitate to recommend them to any of my family or friends.

We were very satisfied with the way Michael Everett dealt with our sale. We were kept informed at all stages, appointments were made to suit, and the prospective buyers were always accompanied. We always had useful feedback and when the sale was agreed we felt that Michael Everett was proactive in moving the process forward. Bungalow sale on Epsom Downs.

Liz McGowan and her staff at Epsom provided a very efficient and professional service and throughout the process was both friendly and calm. Liz kept us informed throughout and responded quickly as and when we or our buyer had questions. Her valuation proved to be accurate in terms of original asking price and eventual agreed price. Lovely to deal with, went above and beyond

All round good Estate agents for letting and selling

Guzumped (yes still practised at this agents beware)

Really dreadful experience with this agent who allowed us to get guzumped a week before exchange date . We we at least 2k down What made it worse was their we couldn't care less attitude "these things happen bye" Really distasteful unprofessional greedy agent AVOID AVOID AVOID
