FacebookWhile as the purchasers we did not employ Michael Everett & Company, the service they provided to us was excellent. We were trying to purchase a house in Ashtead that we had only seen once due to being stuck aboard because of the covid situation, which was a far from simple exercise. Thankfully Mark at Everett went out of his way to make sure everything progressed and that we we're updated during every step. Nothing was too much trouble. For us, this is what turned the situation from impossible to achievable. Many thanks, hopefully we won't look to sell the house for many years, but if we do we already know which agent to use.

Throughout our sale we were very happy with the service provided by Michael Everett. Their valuation versus other agents was realistic - the details on Rightmove were excellent. They were gave us good advice when we needed it and the house sold in a reasonable time.

We were thrilled with the service we had from Michael Everett when it came to the sale of our house. All their agents were a pleasure to deal with, prompt to respond to any queries we had and extremely committed to getting us a sale that worked for us. We had an enormous amount of viewings and were under offer within 3 months of going on the market. Their after-offer care was also exceptional, providing an invaluable service in bridging the information gap between the buyer and the solicitors.

I purchased my property through the Ashtead branch and all team members were exceptionally helpful. From the beginning of my home buying journey the agent who took me round the property was delightful and informative (Lisa). Right through to the sales progression where Debbie took over to make sure the purchase went through timely and provided a thorough service to chase all relevant parties through the process. I cannot fault the team in any way! Thank you all for your commitment and effort.

We had used Michael Everett to sell our house some 35 years ago. At that time we found them professional helpful and always on hand for us to discuss things with them. Things have not changed in the way we were dealt with over the years.. This time we were selling and buying with them. Although things were rather difficult at times with the sale of our property Michael Everett were always there to guide and help us through the procedure making it as painless as possible.. We have and will continue to do so recommend them to other people..

We were very satisfied with the way Michael Everett dealt with our sale. We were kept informed at all stages, appointments were made to suit, and the prospective buyers were always accompanied. We always had useful feedback and when the sale was agreed we felt that Michael Everett was proactive in moving the process forward. We largely dealt with Dee who was always extremely helpful and gave us good advice.

The friendly.honest,helpful way that everyone at MIchael Everett &co Epsom dealt with the sale of my home made the moving experience almost painless. No concern of mine was dismissed and they leapt me updated regularly. They showed a genuine interest in getting the sale completed without any undue delay. I would happily recommend to anyone.

From the start of putting our house on the market with Michael Everett they have handled every step with efficency and professionalism . Once we had a potential buyer, again they followed all matters up with the buyers solicitor etc and kept us fully informed on the progress of the sale up to and including completion..
