Excellent, efficient and friendly service from the team

I purchased my property through the Ashtead branch and all team members were exceptionally helpful. From the beginning of my home buying journey the agent who took me round the property was delightful and informative (Lisa). Right through to the sales progression where Debbie took over to make sure the purchase went through timely and provided a thorough service to chase all relevant parties through the process. I cannot fault the team in any way! Thank you all for your commitment and effort.

Highly recommended

It has been a pleasure to work with Michael Everett and Co, Ashtead, whilst buying a house and they have shown professionalism throughout the whole process. After we had completed, we experienced some technical difficulties with the property, Michael Everett and Co were more than happy to help us and recommended a relevant company who were able to provide us with the required service. We would most definitely recommend Michael Everett and Co, Ashtead to others.

Very professional from start till the end...

We had a wonderful experience buying a property through Michael Everett. I have had a first hand experience of dealing with them as a tenant and then ended up buying the same property when it was put on sale. Lizzy and her team were on hand to answer any query and the sale was smooth from start through to the completion. I have dealt with many estate agents in the past but Michael Everett has been by far the best.. I wish them all the success and will not hesitate to recommend them to any of my family or friends.

Nice to meet an estate agent who cares about people

Unlike many of the agents we had dealings with, they were never overly salesy and that was hugely refreshing. They really cared about the seller as well as the buyers. Always kept us up to date with the situation, were were always helpful to convey our queries and dealt with everything efficiently and with sensitivity.

Extremely helpful and efficient

Michael Everett's team in the Ashtead office could not have been helpful. My phone calls and texts were answered promptly and nothing seemed too much trouble for them. They gave useful advice and were always friendly, pleasant and approachable.

Great team & Great Service

Michael Everett was our seller's agency and were absolutely fantastic to deal with. Having had issues with other agencies, we were really impressed with Michael Everett from the first moment we were shown our new home by Mark, who had a great knowledge of the property and the surrounding area. After we made our offer we spoke with Alex who progressed things quickly and was great to deal with. Our move took a few months longer than we would have hoped due to issues with our buyer, but throughout the experience we had direct contact with Debbie who was brilliant. Debbie helped us on so many occasions using her expertise and we are really grateful for her help. Thanks to the excellent service from Michael Everett we are now settled in our dream home and although at the moment we don't ever want to sell, if we were going to we would be straight in contact with Michael Everett. Thank you James & Yan

Consistent, honest and reliable - Great Experience

Purchase through Michael Everrett that due to it's nature took several months to negotiate. Alex Grover was clear, consistent and honest throughout the various discussions and negotiations then worked hard with the rest of the team to ensure both parties found suitable compromise. I would strongly recommend Michael Everrett.

The right property plus help and support through to Completion

We gave Michael Everett a specific brief for the property we required and they found exactly what we were looking for. They didn't waste our time by sending through properties that didn't match our requirements. The support they provided once we had our offer accepted was exceptional, Debbie regularly chased around to make sure that the transaction went through quickly and efficiently. This is the third time we've purchased through Michael Everett and they've helped us find the ideal property on each occasion plus, they've helped make the whole house buying experience as quick and easy as possible!.
