Moving home is stressful and there are thousands of Estate Agents who can market and sell your home; the important thing for you is how they do it. My mum is 93 and has never sold a house in her life. She picked the Runcorn Branch of Adams "because they seemed the nicest" and how true that's turned out to be. She's met a few folks in the Runcorn Branch and they've all gone out of their way to help. They explained how the process works, what documentation she'd need to provide and linked up with her son (me) living 180 miles away on the other side of the country. Even prior to going on the market, communications between Adams, mum & myself have been excellent. Adams cross checked between mum & myself to make sure we were happy with what they were doing. Given mum's age, inexperience in selling property and living alone, Adams arranged viewings on her behalf and accompanied every potential buyer. Adams arranged for the EPC inspection which mum didn't have and basically held hands through the process. The house sold in the first week, Adams linked up with mum's solicitors and you might think that's it, job done, move on. But then Covid19 struck and the house sale stalled, like many around the country. And that's where "the nicest people" came into their own. Adams maintained communication with myself & mum throughout the restrictions. Not only that but one person in particular went above & beyond when we were struggling to get grocery deliveries to mum by going out and bringing shopping for her. And not just once, several times. Thank you Claire. Moving house is one of the most stressful things we do in life. Make it easy on yourself and do the job with nice people, they deserve your custom.

Thank you for taking the time to provide such a glowing review Mr Martley. It was our pleasure helping your mother with her recent sale. These past couple of months have been challenging times for everyone not least because it has kept families apart. Being able to help your Mother move closer to you has been our pleasure. All the best to you and your family, from the Adams team.

Natalie went above and beyond in every sense of the word. She made the stressful time of moving home so smooth. We couldn't of been any happier with the service from both Natalie and the rest of the Adams Runcorn team. We couldn't recommend Natalie any more highly. We love our new home. Thank you so much!!!

We recently went through a lengthy sale and purchase with Adams. The process was difficult with issues along the way, but the team at Adams where always available to help and support. The staff are always friendly and professional, and will go out of there way to help and advise, with excellent market knowledge.

The ladies in this branch have been amazing, even during the lockdown period running on skeleton staff. Very informative, helpful and always willing to go that extra mile when things just need moving along. At a time everyone finds stressful be rest assured that this team will help you in anyway that they can and nothing is too much of an ask. These were my sellers solicitors (not mine) but I have had to speak with them a lot during the process and I would certainly be using them when next considering to sell up/buy. Thanks to Tracey/Claire and the rest of the team there!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
