I spoke with Lucy at the Headingley branch who was so helpful and friendly. Due to the location of my property she explained I needed to speak with a different branch. Lucy took ownership to set this up for me, she took down all of my details and arranged a valuation without me needing to contact anyone else. Lucy made the whole process really easy for me which was appreciated. She also gave me great insight and understanding into the current market - couldn't recommend her enough!

After some research we decided to use the Morley office as their quick sales were apparent in our area. However, it was the quality of the service also that came to the fore in the EXTREMELY short time it took for the office to find a buyer - during what we thought might be a difficult selling period! Faye Nunns was our contact and we were so lucky to have her to value our property and manage the initial sales process. She is very positive and friendly, but totally professional. I noticed the care with which she looked over our property as indeed a potential buyer would. She was very enthusiastic about our lovely home and more than that she went above and beyond answering her phone during the evenings and at the one weekend the property was up for sale before she rapidly located a buyer. Continually fantastic service from our Property Manager, Coren Macniven. Coren has looked after my rental property for nearly a year. During this time I have always found her personable, polite, engaging and professional, even when dealing with a pretty difficult and demanding tenant. Prior to the COVID-19 crisis Coren had the foresight to call me and offer a rental protection policy. Having this peace of mind has been tremendous over the last few months. I would have no hesitation in recommending Coren. She's taken the pressure out of a number of situations while delivering a professional service in a timely manner that's value for money. If you must rent through them, ensure you take detailed photos of every room including any and all dirt, damage or disrepair. Note each of these in your 'check-in report' and take a picture or a scan of it for your own records before returning it to the agency. If (when) the agency attempts to wrongly claim against you I strongly suggest creating a detailed dispute and submitting it to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme. The scheme awarded 70% of the deposit back to us after the agents attempted to claim 80% of our deposit with spurious justification.
