Hi Joseph. Would you mind sending us a message with more information as we can’t find a customer record under your name and we would like to find out more about your experience with us. We work hard to try and make sure all our customers are satisfied with our service and this would help us understand your 3 star rating. Thanks for taking the time to review us :)

GoogleJo is really dilegent. She is always available for queries and tries hard to keep all parties informed and happy. Our move was a testing experience due to issues outside Jo's control but she was helpful and proactive throughout. Would sell/buy through her again, no doubt.
Thanks Tom. 🙏 Really appreciate the kind feedback and glad we got there in the end! …
