GoogleWe were the buyers in a sale which was facilitated by Boutique. We were impressed by their competent and pragmatic approach, if there was anything which needed to be clarified they replied very promptly, kept us up to date and provided an excellent liaison to the vendors. We found them to be a friendly and very reliable team.

GoogleThe team keep you well informed of what’s happening by phone or text. The reminders are useful and the out of hours service a refreshing change from Estate agents usual hours! The photographer they use took fab pictures. We have seen some shocking photos on Right Move.

GoogleBPS sold my property for me, completing Jan 24. The process itself was slightly more complicated due to it being a shared ownership, however I was delighted with the service and value for money I received from the team and I would absolutely recommend BPS to family and friends.

GoogleMegan was really superb in helping me find a flat in Westminster that suited me perfectly. Would absolutely recommend her as a professional agent. I was working with several agents from various agencies and Megan really stood out. Very professional and organized. She only showed me flats that represented exactly what i was looking for to make best use of my time. Very knowledgeable about the flat that I ultimately pursued. Pointed out all the positives and negatives very clearly. She was then very candid, transparent and efficient in the negotiation of all the terms. All in, I ended up in a flat that was exactly what i was after and the state of the flat when i moved in was exactly as promised. Very happy customer.

GoogleWorst Estate Agents Around. They need to learn how to communicate with their clients. You never informed me with anything, so stop your lies. Gillian Spence Marla your Senior Letting Manager needs Customer Service Skills as she doesnt know how to talk to a customer. I requested a contractor to be sent out to the property Asap which you failed to do aswell as there were no follow-ups and nither any confirmation through emails that someone is gona visit the site instead so i assumed you didnt find anyone instead you bill me for something that i didn't require again and nither justified.You wasn't thinking i was gona wait forever for you imaginary contractor to turn up were you. And Thanks for nothing.

Usman were obviously really disappointed to receive this review. We have investigated this and we are sorry but we totally disagree with your comments as we clearly arranged with you for contractors to visit the house and you refused them entry which is where the problem arose. Contractors will unfortunately always charge for a failed visit which we cannot change.
