GoogleWe have had a very positive experience working with the West Kirby team. Our 4 bed semi-detached house achieved a good number of viewings from quality potential buyers during late September/early October and by mid October we accepted an offer which we are very happy with, after a number were received. We have found everyone in the KT team to be professional, friendly, and very service oriented, and the advice at every stage, from valuation to handling offers, demonstrated excellent knowledge of both the process and the local area and market.

GoogleHave been a tenant with them as agents for 2 years. Fantastic people. Very quick and easy to communicate with, got the couple of "wear and tear" issues resolved as quickly as possible and very easy check in and check out of the flat. Definitely recommend.

I would encourage greater flexibility when renewing contracts when tenants are looking to shift.

They have very good relations with the contractors they use and can always be relied upon to take a pragmatic view around any issues that crop up. Trust is a word that sometimes gets forgotten in this area, but not here.
