They are epitome of professionalism with special recognition going to Tanya who has been so incredibly helpful, her advice is invaluable & I ignore it at my peril! The whole team are outstanding. GoogleWe recently bought our new home and sold our old one through Michael Anthony, and we truly couldn’t be more grateful for everything they did for us. What could have been a really stressful time ended up feeling so much easier because of the people we worked with. A heartfelt thank you to Setpal, who supported us all the way through the buying process from start to finish and even when things came up on completion day he was very fast to sort it. He was always patient, reassuring, and kept us informed at every stage, he also chased up with solicitors when needed. It really felt like he cared about helping us not to lose that dream home we fell in love with from the first viewing, and we’re so thankful for his guidance and personal touch. We also want to give a huge thank you to Henry, who managed the sale of our house. He was always so professional, provided top communication regarding arranging viewings and quickly got things moving, which meant we were able to sell in perfect time to secure our new home. Everyone at Michael Anthony was warm, professional, and brilliant at communication. GoogleI retained MAEA to sell a 3 bed house in MK for me by "remote control" from my base in the far east. They impressed me most at the agent selection phase by their personal, well informed , no nonsense approach, and I have been pleased that delivered the same throughout the viewings , negotiations and transfer processes. They looked after my interests, communicated promptly and well, didnt waste my time, and provided solution focussed liaison between buyer and seller to sort out some minor details. I dealt with Satpal and Henry throughout, which suited me very well. An excellent service i felt and reasonable value for money too.

GoogleWe was advised by our estate agent to sell a property by auction . They worked with pattinsons auction house. It was the easiest house sale Ive ever experienced. The staff was all helpful and kept me informed on progress at all stages. We couldn't be any more happy with the process and the friendly staff that I spoke to or emailed. Luis Adams was a star ,giving me support when the auction was taking place. But all the staff in each department was just as nice. The process took just 8 weeks from start to finish like we was told no taking months like with normal house sales . Thank you to the pattinsons team you made the process so easy .
