GoogleWe purchased our house through Michael Anthony in Tring 6 months ago and would like to say how amazing the service was from beginning to end. This was a difficult purchase due to a number of vendors having to be involved in their sale but our absolute hero George Burns was there with us through out. He always made himself available to meet us at the house for our several viewings, meetings with builders to do quotes, many many measuring up visits, architects and structual engineers visits etc etc and stood, often in the freezing cold, whilst the outdoor quotes were being discussed with the various trades. Nothing was too much trouble for him, he always greeted us with a smile and we really appreciated his professionalism and the time and patience he gave to us. George was on to the whole purchase process, right up to completion for us too, this is a really important part as far as we are concerned, with so much to do, ie coordinating solicitors and our purchasers estate agents etc to get our purchase over the line. Thank you so much George and all at Michael Anthony Tring branch for all that you did for us. Michael Anthony is a very good estate agent to purchase through and should we ever want to sell our lovely home they would definitely be our first port of call to sell through.

GoogleI have just bought a house that was on the market with Michael Anthony. Everyone that I spoke to in the office was polite and friendly, but my main contact was George Burns. He has been an absolute delight to deal with, and that in itself has helped the conveyancing process go more smoothly. He also helped make this move a much less stressful than previous moves I have experienced. He showed professionalism and integrity throughout, as well as being very helpful and pleasant. I hope not to be moving again any time soon, but if anyone asks about my experience, I will tell them how positive it was, and that I would 100% recommend Michael Anthony.

GoogleOur experience with Michael Anthony at the Hemel Hempstead branch was impecable. We started our search for our first home back in May 2025, we booked a viewing on a property in Apsley with Tom Wilkinson, the viewing went great and he was really knowledgeable about the property, the area and he was really friendly. We put an offer, which was accepted and we were over the moon, unfortunately, the sale fell through. Tom helped us find a new home, he knew exactly what we wanted and was key in us moving in so quickly into a new home. His communication and proactivity was great. If we were to either sell or buy again we are confident that we would choose Michael Anthony again, and would recommend them for anyone thinking about putting their house on the market.

Over 30 years ago, Mum and Dad trusted them when they bought their home, and all these years later, there was no one else we wanted to work with when it came time to sell it. They handled everything with genuine care, professionalism, and understanding. This wasn’t just a house to us, it was a place filled with family memories and they treated it with the respect it deserved. GoogleWe recently sold our house through Michael Anthony in Hemel Hempstead and worked with Ian and the team, and the service has been outstanding from start to finish. Everyone in the office was approachable, friendly and happy to help, but Ian in particular really stood out. The conveyancing process on the other side was very slow and often frustrating, but Ian was always one step ahead, proactively chasing, coming up with solutions to keep things moving forward, and keeping us constantly updated so that we always knew where we stood. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and he remained calm, positive and professional throughout what became a very long process. We genuinely do not know what we would have done without his help. We would not hesitate to recommend Ian and the whole Michael Anthony Hemel Hempstead team to anyone looking to sell their home.
