GoogleLack of communication, we put 4 offers on a probate property and were told were the only ones interested in that property. Then, out of the blue the solicitors (executors) sold the property to a different person. Do not recommend. We could see a huge difference in communication with other estates agents.

GoogleAbsolutely first class service, swift, knowledgable about the area, honest and polite. Every aspect of the transactions I have experienced so far have been outstanding from James Wadsworth and his team at the Mexborough branch. Especially good since I live 200 miles away from the property I’m selling so I feel the whole thing is in safe hands 🙌

GoogleTelephoned this Estate Agents to enquire about an apartment they had sold previously , to be told they had no paper or electronic proof on file . Very poor service especially if you have any issues with the sale later . My conclusion would be to use a more efficient agent to sell or buy property .

GoogleA wonderful experience with the team that was predominantly in the Maltby office. They are now at the Rotherham office. We have had the best selling experience and professionalism with this super estate agents. Everything went smoothly and nothing was ever too much trouble.
