GoogleReally polite and helpful over the phone with any inquiries, and do great at bridging the gap between the tennant and landlord, never waiting ages to hear back. Also Maggie guided me through repressurising my boiler over the phone without making me feel stupid, and I was being a bit stupid.. so thanks Maggie 🙂.

GoogleVery poor service. I was told I would hear about a house offer the day after I submitted my offer, After no correspondence I rang for an update and I was told I would hear later that day, I didn’t hear anything. I then rang the day after for the third time and told I should have received an email (I didn’t), the company then rang to tell me my offer had been lost on their system with my details- and then the original rejection email was finally sent.I have experienced very poor service, poor communication and had no apology from the organisation, just them saying “they will look into it”. I would be extremely cautious and mindful when seeing merryweathers again in future, other local agents have been 10/10 and provided an extremely better service.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
