GoogleSelling a family home that we had loved for over 60 years was a big decision after the death of our mother but from start to finish I can’t put into words how much Merryweathers have helped us. Sue King was a great point of contact and always kept us fully updated on any updates and news. The whole team are excellent . Therefore, Because of what previously happened with my offers and Because it's illogical now to see an offer just ahead of mine by only one hundred pounds and before you amend the AD, here I cancelled my offers. It comes to be a matter of trust, credibility, and transparency between buyer and agent. I do not know if this is Merryweathers strategy, or if something is wrong with the Landlord or something wrong with the system. GoogleAllie managed the sales of two of my properties and in one case made a truly significant negotiation with the buyer. She was attentive to my needs but also those of the buyer - making sure we were able keep things moving forward swiftly. She keeps in touch with excellent communication of progress, is happy to discuss alternatives and makes you feel valued. Overall a very personal service that I am happy to recommend.

Lack of communication, we put 4 offers on a probate property and were told were the only ones interested in that property. Then, out of the blue the solicitors (executors) sold the property to a different person. Do not recommend. We could see a huge difference in communication with other estates agents.
