GoogleRecently sold with Merryweathers after an unsuccessful listing with another agent. Sue and Jon were excellent throughout and never complained when we chased for updates. Particularly liked the sales progression tracker.
Thank you for such a great review Mike. Sue and Jon are a credit to the team. :)

GoogleWe had the pleasure of working with Merryweathers Mortgage Agent for our recent home purchase, and we couldn't be more impressed with their services. From the very start, they were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. They walked me through the entire mortgage process step by step, patiently answering all of my questions and ensuring that we understood everything thoroughly. They were dedicated to finding me the best possible mortgage rates and terms, and worked tirelessly to ensure that everything was completed smoothly and efficiently. We would highly recommend Merryweathers Mortgage Agent to anyone in need of a mortgage, and wouldn't hesitate to work with them again in the future." Olu & Abi

GoogleWhen we chose an estate agent we had a couple of appraisals but when Emma visited us she was like a breathe of fresh air. She understood we were grieving, she never pressured us to make a decision and we felt she was the perfect person to sell our property. She sold it like it was her own, 6 days and we had the offer we were looking for. We were then passed to Sue, what a lovely lady. We did ask lots of questions and were always calling her on the phone. She was always available and helped us every step of the way. If we need an Estate agent in the future , Merryweathers will be our first choice. They are traditional yet professional and gave us the support we needed during a difficult time. All estate agents should be like Merryweathers. Thank you to everyone for a great service and for exceeding our expectations.
Thank you for your kind words Jane :)

GoogleSelling a family home that we had loved for over 60 years was a big decision after the death of our mother but from start to finish I can’t put into words how much Merryweathers have helped us. Sue King was a great point of contact and always kept us fully updated on any updates and news. The whole team are excellent . We have had the best service and would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of selling. Thank you so much .

GoogleI used Merryweathers after a bad experience with another agency and I am so glad I did. They helped us with the sale of our flat and purchase of a house and I have to say what a team. Sue has been amazing and so proactive, we used their partners for mortgage and conveyance services l, all so efficient and on point - all went so smoothly and on the day we completed so quickly! I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them. Thank u all 🤗

GoogleA massive thank you to all of the ladies at Maltby branch for helping get our purchase through. The girls were fab and always happy to show us round the property and answer questions but we couldn't have done it without Shelley. She went above and beyond to help us personally where she could, even helping chase our sale and helping get things constantly moving. Great service all round.
Thank you for your fantastic, five star review. We really appreciate it. All the best!

GoogleAs a first time buyer I found the experience exciting, stressful and overall a very emotionally up and down experience. My saving grace came in the form of Emily Booth. She was very reassuring, confidence boosting and kept me informed of absolutely any changes that arose. Some may say that this is her job but the way she did her job was always with importance. So thankyou very much Emily for making my tiny house purchase feel as important as a mansion!
Thank you for your incredible review Marie. Emily is fantastic! We will pass along your kind words :)

GoogleWe have sold 2 houses this year with Merryweathers Maltby. The lady’s Laura, Emily and Shelley are an absolute class 1 team from start to finish, if it wasn’t for this team then solicitors would still be sat with paperwork on their desks and sales would not move forward. They have to deal with the most arrogant and self righteous people yet keep professional at all times . They have supported me through a particularly hard purchase and sale with a few giggles and light stress relief. I definitely won’t be moving anytime soon but will be calling in and saying hello. I hope people realise that the services from Merryweathers are not simply to value and sell your home, they actually do all the chasing, backwards and forwards between solicitors, buyers and sellers keeping the chain in order while dealing with frustrating demanding people.I just couldn’t imagine doing this without all the hard work from them . So at the end of the day wether you are buying or selling a property if you choose Merryweathers you will get someone on your team dealing with all the people, solicitors, surveyors involved, they take most of the stress from all sides :)
What a fantastic review, Nicola. We are so glad that we could help - definitely pop in to visit. Thank you for your kind words.
