GoogleWithin a few days of listing with them, Risa Moody and Lee Gladdis at Mays Estate Agents identified a full-price cash buyer for my late aunt's leasehold flat and saw the sale through to completion in just nine weeks (which included the Christmas holidays, no less). All this was done in what some lamented as a "down market" for real estate. They were consummate professionals throughout the process and a pleasure to deal with from far away (in the U.S.). I recommend them highly.
