Hannah in particular was brilliant at keeping me updated through the whole process, constantly chasing things on my behalf and getting results quickly. Knowing that l had Mays working tirelessly for me took a lot of pressure off me too during what can be a stressful time. Highly recommended if you want results.

GoogleWonderful experience with Mays. High professional letting agency. Our family is a Ukrainian refugee and it was our first rental experience. We didn’t understand how it worked in the UK. Also we didn’t speak English well and were afraid to miss some pitfalls. But Sammy and Emma were incredibly supportive from start to finish our rental term. Strongly recommend Mays. GoogleDuring a difficult period with Government elections ,Brexit and Covid-19 , Mays dealt with the sale of our property in a calm and efficient manner. In the early stages James was very professional in his dealings with us and this was continued by Cheryl who dealt with the usual ups and down in the selling process with admirable cheerfulness and positivity. I shouldn't forget other members of the staff including April who was always pleasant when on the phone and in fact gave me information which led eventually to Damian Massey of Masseys House Clearance Ltd who carried out our house clearance and who I would thoroughly recommend. GoogleThe ladies at Mays were so welcoming and friendly and went out of their way to make our dream move to Bournemouth a reality. From the moment I walked into the branch I was greeted with smiles and warmth and they all went out of their way to accommodate us and deal with all our questions and queries in a professional manner. Their local knowledge was extremely useful and they made the process very smooth for us. Communication was prompt and straightforward which is quite refreshing compared to other agents we have dealt with in the area.
