GoogleAmazing experience working with Lucy Mines of Mays Estate Agents on the same transaction. She was so helpful to my purchaser client and an excellent help liaising with the seller and her solicitor. Very efficient and helped the whole transaction run smoothly. Very much hope to work alongside her again. Would highly recommend.

GoogleWe would certainly recommend Mays in Lilliput. We have recently sold our house through challenging climate of brexit, elections and lockdown. Throughout this time Mays have remained responsive, professional, easy to deal with and proactive. Their communication and negotiation skills have been invaluable in steering us through a challenging sale. They have remained consistently motivated and focused on achieving a sale on our property. GoogleI would recommend Mays - as buyers we were given really helpful knowledge about the area and current market. Our agent Cheryl really listened and was also proactive in giving us ideas and properties that suited our needs often as soon as they came on. I would use Mays to sell with also as I noticed very professional and respectful of the sellers needs and privacy. Good experience!

GoogleMays have worked hard to get to completion on my sale. Property transactions always seem to take longer than they should but great communication is the key to avoiding unnecessary frustrations. Jonathan negotiated this sale but Mays really work as a team to make sure that there is always somebody to take your call or respond to queries. I have another sale in the pipeline with Mays and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them

GoogleWe would never use any other agent in the Lilliput area! Having used Mays Lilliput twice in recent years, for selling and purchasing properties, I can say that all the staff are professional, easily contactable and honest. The brochure and photos of our home were done to a very high standard and as soon as our house went on the market they had potential buyers ready to view our home. Once a sale was agreed it was easy to speak to Mays regarding updates on the chain and where the solicitors were at. A special mention to Lee and Jonathan who dealt with our sale and on going purchase, they took the stress away of what can be a challenging time. Thank you

He is passionate about the property business and completely understands the challenges of buying and selling a house, and has extensive local knowledge. He listened to our list of what we wanted and found us the right home. He was supported by an excellent team at Mays on Sandbanks Road who all helped with the process of buying our home.

GoogleDreadful service every single time we've needed help or assistance, which led to them either totally ignoring or not communicating anything in a useful manner... and we had to continually chase them, usually to no avail. Sarah Randall specifically can't even be bothered to use correct names when addressing people.. this is a great example the poor level we're talking about. Slow, disorganised & completely ruined the enjoyment of living at one of their 'managed' properties. They caused stress, rather than helping... so why bother? Don't expect any quality service. I'm actually gobsmacked at how bad they have been. Even from a basic business point-of-view, renters should not be treated with such contempt.. they form the majority of the population these days...

Google'Sarah' moved us into a lovely 2 bed that allowed dogs only to find out that the property didn't allow dogs, so we where forced to move. this process is very expensive, we received no money back at all, i will never use mays estate agents ever again. avoid it at all costs
