We have always received excellent service from the lettings team at Mays Estate Agents, especially Samantha and Emma. They are consistently attentive, efficient, and professional, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Their knowledge of the local area is outstanding, and they are always happy to offer helpful advice and guidance. Communication has been clear and prompt throughout, and we have always felt confident that our property is in very capable hands. We have also just sold a property through them and have experienced the same high standard of service from the sales team. In particular, Donald has been excellent, proactive, supportive, and dedicated to achieving the best outcome for us.

I have to say a huge thank you to Mays! Natasha, Samantha, and the entire team handling lettings have been amazing. I first met Natasha 6 months ago and she was incredibly helpful throughout. From viewing, to submitting our offer, helping out with the paperwork and move in stages. They kept us informed and were extremely helpful. Now, we’re set to move to a new property again, and we had been searching with other agents but Mays have once again come through on top! So we’re now going into our second rental with Mays and once again, Natasha, Samantha and the team have been incredibly helpful, all have gone above and beyond for us and always kept us updated, with quick and clear communication. The service with Mays is far better than that we have experienced with other agents, they genuinely seem to care about you as people, all whilst being super friendly and doing it with a smile! After my enquiry to let a flat in Poole I was fortunate enough to speak with Natasha. A credit not only to Mays but to the wider estate and lettings sector in Poole. Naturally friendly, excellent questioning in a conversational manner that made me feel comfortable and confident in her and the company. The flat was already under offer yet she gave me alternatives. We would never use any other agent in the Lilliput area! Having used Mays Lilliput twice in recent years, for selling and purchasing properties, I can say that all the staff are professional, easily contactable and honest. The brochure and photos of our home were done to a very high standard and as soon as our house went on the market they had potential buyers ready to view our home. Once a sale was agreed it was easy to speak to Mays regarding updates on the chain and where the solicitors were at. Within a few days of listing with them, Risa Moody and Lee Gladdis at Mays Estate Agents identified a full-price cash buyer for my late aunt's leasehold flat and saw the sale through to completion in just nine weeks (which included the Christmas holidays, no less).
