GoogleExceptional service from first contact to completion. Communication with Nicola, Jack and Jenna was outstanding. Living outside the UK, in a different time zone was not a problem, their quick email responses, efficiency and help with additional requests made the whole process stress free. Nothing was too much trouble for Nicola, she was always happy to answer any queries, offered sound advice with negotiations and kept us regularly updated on the sale progress. We highly recommend the Matthews Benjamin team.

GoogleI had the pleasure of working with Emerson, a truly impressive real estate agent who consistently went above and beyond to assist us in finding a rental house. His dedication and willingness to listen were commendable, creating a positive and proactive experience. Emerson's wonderful characteristics include his exceptional communication skills, deep knowledge of the housing market, and his genuine passion for helping clients. Regrettably, despite Emerson's efforts, I ultimately found a different house and couldn't close the deal with him. Nevertheless, I wholeheartedly appreciate his exceptional service and would highly recommend him to others in the future.

She keeps you informed of developments, her communication is excellent, she pushes things through and has tact. It’s people like her who build a business. I thought she was a partner- however she informed me sadly she wasn’t! This estate agent got my business because of her abilities. Great service .
