GoogleHaving recently sold a property through the Windermere office I can highly recommend the team. Jack Irwin placed the property on the market and Nicola Clark did an excellent job managing both sets of solicitors and keeping me informed of and progress…or lack of. The lawyers were prone to “radio silence” however Nicola was aware of any blockages. Nicola was always calm and accurate which enabled me to work better with my solicitor in keeping them focused. I’ve sold a number of properties in recent years and this was by far the smoothest experience.

GoogleFirst class service. In a challenging market they not only secured a deal, they ensured a very fair sale value and then got it over the line overcoming several hurdles. The communication is excellent, always keeping the customer updated. They also showed very proactive relationship management with the buyer and their lawyers which I am convinced is what got the deal done. All staff have been excellent but special mention must go to Janet Clark who provided a highly experienced and calm approach with a never say die attitude.
