GoogleI was having a hard time finding a property to move in with my family and came across Loveitts. Jade was assisting with viewing and further application process. She responded in a timely manner and it was a quiet positive experience with her. Thanks for your help and would recommend this agency.

Googlewell. Loveitts!! from what i have experienced so far, are THE poorest estate agents i have used & i have used alot of them ! the owner of the house changed to these, after not being happy with the service of their last managing agent. Im sure they are now regretting their decision They arranged an inspection as the new agent. nobody showed. ( this was less than a week later after arranging the appointment with them ) They do not reply to emails unless they want something. I asked the same question in 2 emails, to the same person. I got no response. They like to pass the buck to another colleague. weeks later replying with i believe the other person sat next to me, that im fully aware didn't. but im gonna say, they replied to you! NO.. I wasn't answered at all. I was just ignored asking an important question.. Nobody is doing their job correctly ! i took a complaint further than the brick wall that seems to be the Nuneaton office and dealt with the manager at Coventry, After being informed they wouldn't reimburse me for my wasted 2 hours off work waiting for nobody to show up ! he decided to stop the conversation prior to a conclusion and go on holiday for 2 weeks without informing me through the emails we were sharing, he just left me hanging. I give honest reviews & i can at anytime add photos to back up my review all in all. Wow. these people get your money ! why?! we have now purchased our own home so thankfully will not need to deal with these agents for much longer Im fully aware as a renter for many many years somebody needing a property, will take that property no matter who its up to let with, we have no choice. But owners of homes, looking for a letting agent, please read and digest the poor attention to detail this company possesses

GoogleI contacted Loveitts when I was informed a property was coming up in my local area. They were great at sending me the forms over to complete and fill out. When they confirmed the property was going up for let again they were quick at getting my application looked at and fees paid. The service was great and would advise anyone to use them in the future.

GoogleI used Loveitts to sell my mothers property. Jas come out the next day and by the following day it was up for sale with brilliant photographs and a virtual tour film done. Adam sold it on the first viewing. So all in all form start to sale it took only a matter of days. Great guys polite and nothing too much. I would recommend them to anyone. GoogleI honestly would know where to start, been lied to constantly from Kate, Laura and Jennie put an offer in on a house got a call back saying the seller will sell for 5000 more which we agreed to, we was told we would get a call straight back just to confirm everything, this was Thursday. My husband and I have honestly lost count of the numbers of calls, emails and messages we had left, no one ever called us back. I stated we needed an answer asap as the people who were buying our house have understandably become impatient, all weekend we thought well they said they would take 5000 more and that's what we have offered so we started to get our hopes up. Laura phones today and says oh actually they won't another 5000 (10,000) more then are original offer bearing in mind 4 days ago they said they would accept 5000 more. We are absolutely gob smacked at the shocking service, we feel we have messed around our estate agent as well as the people buying our house. The whole team have lied to us, ignored us and treated us appallingly, don't have any dealings with this cowboy of a companyNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
We received multiple offers on this property that all parties we informed of, the seller did not indicate what he would accept as the offers were in his opinion, too low. We work for our clients, the sellers to achieve the best price for them and can only advised them but ultimately we have to take their instruction. We feel that the 3 days the offers came in all parties were kept updated and the other 2 parties have no complaint with Loveitts and thank us for our communication, time and assistance. As agents and best practice, we are trained to stay neutral and take much pride in our work. Jennie and Laura have collectively been successful in this business for 35 + years.

GoogleI contacted the Coventry branch regarding a property for sale. I was informed it was just going back on the market as the buyer was taking too long. I gave all my details and registered my interest. I request a call back as I was interested in the property and was a cash buyer. I then called back asking for an update and deadlines. Again I registered my interest and was told they would get back to me. I phoned again today to find they did a block of viewings and best asking price and Iv missed the dead line. They are not professional. They lack response to buyers. They also use your details to forward you properties even after asking not to receive mail. Myself and our community group will be avoiding this branch not just because of this one purchase but it being third time we have had complaints.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleI recently had a tenancy with the Lettings Department in Coventry and found them to be exceptional in both attitude and response. In particular Jade Satchwell was friendly, helpful and approachable throughout and special mention to Anne Keizer too, who was quick to respond to any issues with the property and was always contactable with a friendly and professional manner.
